鋅回轉(zhuǎn)窯處理浸出渣過(guò)程汞排放特征研究

【摘要】:對(duì)3家鋅冶煉回轉(zhuǎn)窯處理浸出渣過(guò)程的汞排放特征測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),該過(guò)程是鋅冶煉行業(yè)大氣汞排放的重要節(jié)點(diǎn).測(cè)試冶煉廠浸出渣和燃料在回轉(zhuǎn)窯中的釋放率為80.3%~99.3%.煙氣除塵過(guò)程的脫汞效率為2.3%~7.9%.多膛爐脫氟氯過(guò)程的煙塵高溫焙燒導(dǎo)致回轉(zhuǎn)窯除塵過(guò)程的凈脫汞效率大大降低.煙氣脫硫系統(tǒng)的脫汞效率為19.0%~58.0%.回轉(zhuǎn)窯尾氣的汞排放量,約占浸出渣處理過(guò)程總輸出汞量的41.6%~87.1%.測(cè)試冶煉廠回轉(zhuǎn)窯尾氣汞排放濃度為171~1186μg/m3,遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)《鉛鋅工業(yè)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的排放限值(50μg/m3).該尾氣中的汞排放主要以氣態(tài)元素汞排放為主的特征,將增加回轉(zhuǎn)窯大氣汞排放控制的難度.
[Abstract]:The mercury emission characteristics of three zinc smelting rotary kilns treating leaching slag were tested and it was found that the process was an important node of atmospheric mercury emission in zinc smelting industry. The release rate of leached slag and fuel from smelter in rotary kiln is 80.3% / 99.3%. The mercury removal efficiency of flue gas dedusting process is 2.3% / 7.9%. The flue dust roasting at high temperature in the defluorination process of multi-chamber furnace results in a great decrease in the net mercury removal efficiency of rotary kiln dust removal process. The mercury removal efficiency of flue gas desulfurization system is 19.0% / 58.0%. The mercury emissions from the tail gas of rotary kiln accounted for 41.6% / 87.1% of the total mercury output in the leaching slag treatment process. The mercury emission concentration of tail gas from rotary kiln of smelter is 171 ~ 1186 渭 g / m ~ 3, which is much higher than the emission limit of lead-zinc industrial pollutant discharge standard (50 渭 g / m ~ 3). The mercury emission from the tail gas is mainly characterized by gaseous elemental mercury emissions, which will increase the difficulty of controlling atmospheric mercury emissions from rotary kilns.
