新型給水污泥基質(zhì)填料在污水處理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:本研究試圖以給水污泥為主要原料、粉煤灰為輔料、水玻璃為添加劑研制污水處理陶;|(zhì)填料的新方法,得到了具有高粗糙度和多微孔結(jié)構(gòu)的給水污泥陶粒填料,并應(yīng)用于潮汐流人工濕地試驗、曝氣生物濾池試驗及潛流式人工濕地工程實例中,探索在各種情況下對污染水體中主要污染物COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的去除效果。通過正交試驗及給水污泥陶粒性能影響單因素試驗,確定了以給水污泥為主要陶粒原料研制給水污泥陶粒的最佳配比及燒結(jié)溫度為:給水污泥:粉煤灰=90:10,水玻璃添加比例為10%,燒結(jié)溫度為1050℃。對陶粒吸水率、陶粒表觀密度、陶粒堆積密度、空隙率等性能進行測試,得出給水污泥陶粒具有高空隙率、高強度、表面粗糙等優(yōu)點,有利于微生物與給水污泥陶粒填料接觸;诮o水污泥陶粒利用潮汐流人工濕地處理農(nóng)村污水試驗,結(jié)果表明:不同反應(yīng)時間潮汐流人工濕地去除氨氮效率由高到低排序為:R-12R-18R-6R-3,反應(yīng)時間為12小時的潮汐流人工濕地(R-12)氨氮去除效率為72.1±7.46%,優(yōu)于其他反應(yīng)時間。對總氮和總磷去除效率總體趨勢相似,隨著反應(yīng)時間的變長均呈先增后減的趨勢,在反應(yīng)時間R-12時達到最大值,去除率分別為61.01±6.75%及69.77±9.24%;诮o水污泥陶粒利用BAF處理微污染河水試驗,結(jié)果表明:啟動初期,給水污泥陶粒對非溶解態(tài)的有機物有很好的去除,COD去除率在80%左右;在給水污泥陶粒BAF啟動的第26天,氨氮的去除率穩(wěn)定在90%以上;總氮平均出水濃度約10.66mg/L,平均去除率37.7%,最高去除率達47.8%。以給水污泥陶粒填料為基礎(chǔ)的BAF處理氨氮最佳工藝條件為:填料層高度h=80cm、氣水比=5:1、水力停留時間HRT=12h,氨氮平均去除率為96.32%。為了考察給水污泥陶粒在工程實例中的應(yīng)用效果,以給水污泥陶粒為潛流式人工濕地基質(zhì)填料,放置于某研究所已開發(fā)的“無動力水池-潛流式人工濕地-氧化塘”組合技術(shù)工程實例中進行試驗。試驗數(shù)據(jù)表明,以給水污泥陶粒為基礎(chǔ)的組合技術(shù)對農(nóng)村生活污水中COD的去除率為70.54%,NH3-N的去除率為96.12%,TN的去除率為91.23%,TP的去除率為93.25%,最終組合技術(shù)出水水質(zhì)滿足排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。塘壩濕地近自然處理組合技術(shù)運行穩(wěn)定,處理效果良好,也可實現(xiàn)給水污泥的減量化、資源化和無害化處置。

It has been applied to tidal flow constructed wetland test, biological aerated filter test and subsurface flow constructed wetland project to explore the removal effect of main pollutant COD,NH3-N,TN,TP in polluted water under various conditions.
