塞北荒漠植物根圍球囊霉素和生態(tài)化學(xué)計(jì)量特征的空間分布

【摘要】:為探明塞北荒漠梁地植物根圍土壤球囊霉素和生態(tài)化學(xué)計(jì)量特征的空間分布規(guī)律,于2013年6月選取內(nèi)蒙古正藍(lán)旗青格勒圖典型梁地陽坡,設(shè)置梁底、梁坡和梁頂3個(gè)樣地,按照0~10、10~20、20~30、30~40、40~50 cm五個(gè)土層分別采集沙鞭(Psammochloa villosa)和沙蒿(Artemisia sphaerocephala)根圍土壤樣品,分析土壤因子、球囊霉素含量和生態(tài)化學(xué)計(jì)量特征.結(jié)果表明,梁底土壤w(SOC)(SOC為有機(jī)碳)、w(TN)、w(堿解氮)、w(TP)、w(有效鉀)和w(球囊霉素)明顯高于梁坡和梁頂,不同樣地內(nèi),隨著土層加深,土壤養(yǎng)分含量逐漸降低,w(球囊霉素)顯著降低,但生態(tài)化學(xué)計(jì)量比隨坡位及土層變化不顯著.不同樣地土壤w(SOC)、w(TN)、w(TP)平均值分別為5.936、1.286、0.115 mg/g,C/N[w(SOC)/w(TN)]、C/P[w(SOC)/w(TP)]、N/P[w(TN)/w(TP)]平均值分別為4.918、58.349、11.876,均低于全國陸地土壤平均水平.土壤中w(總球囊霉素)和w(易提取球囊霉素)平均值分別為1.822和0.838 mg/g,低于森林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)和草地生態(tài)系統(tǒng),w(總球囊霉素)約占有機(jī)碳庫的29.9%,具有較高的貢獻(xiàn)值.研究顯示,塞北荒漠植物根圍土壤養(yǎng)分貧乏,磷素缺乏嚴(yán)重;球囊霉素含量及其生態(tài)分布規(guī)律可作為監(jiān)測和評價(jià)土壤質(zhì)量狀況的有效指標(biāo).
[Abstract]:In order to find out the spatial distribution of balloon mycin and ecostoichiometric characteristics of plant root environs in the desert beam land of the north of Saibei, in June 2013, three sample plots, namely, the beam bottom, the beam slope and the beam top, were set up on the typical Liangdiyang slope of Qingglertu, Zhenglan Banner, Inner Mongolia. The soil samples of (Psammochloa villosa) and (Artemisia sphaerocephala) were collected from five soil layers of 0 ~ (10) 10 ~ 10 ~ (10) ~ 10 ~ (20) ~ (20) ~ (20) C ~ (20) C ~ (30) C ~ (40) ~ (50) cm to analyze the soil factors, the content of balloon mycin and the characteristics of ecostoichiometry. The results showed that w (SOC) (SOC of soil under beam was organic carbon,), w (TN), w (, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,), w (TP), w (, available potassium) and w (balloon mycin) were significantly higher than those of beam slope and beam top, and in different fields, with the deepening of soil layer, Soil nutrient content decreased gradually and, w (balloon mycin) decreased significantly, but the eco-stoichiometric ratio did not change significantly with slope position and soil layer. The mean values of soil w (SOC), w (TN), w (TP) were 5.936 ~ 1.286 ~ 0.115 mg/g,C/N [w (SOC) / w (TN)], C / P [w (SOC) / w (TP)], respectively. The average value of N / P [w (TN) / w (TP)] was 4.918 ~ 58.349 ~ 11.876, which was lower than the national average level of terrestrial soil. The average values of w (total balloon mycin) and w (easy to extract balloon mycin) in soil were 1.822 and 0.838 mg/g, respectively, which were lower than those in forest ecosystem and grassland ecosystem (, w (total balloon mycin) accounting for 29.9% of organic carbon pool. Has a high contribution value. The results showed that the nutrient deficiency and phosphorus deficiency of the desert plant rhizosphere soil were poor, and the content of balloon mycin and its ecological distribution could be used as an effective index to monitor and evaluate the soil quality.
