【摘要】：正黨的十九大報告指出,"必須堅持節(jié)約優(yōu)先、保護優(yōu)先、自然恢復為主的方針,形成節(jié)約自然和保護環(huán)境的空間格局、產業(yè)結構、生產方式、生活方式,還自然以寧靜、和諧、美麗",這為生態(tài)環(huán)境空間治理指明了方向,建立健全統(tǒng)一銜接的空間規(guī)劃體系,提升國家國土空間治理能力和效率是我國深化體制改革的一項重點任務。在未來的國家空間管治大局中,科學合理的空間類型與空間單元劃分必將成為最基礎、最關鍵的工作,唯此,才能更精準地錨定空間管
[Abstract]:The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "we must adhere to the principle of giving priority to conservation, protection, and natural restoration, so as to form a spatial pattern of saving nature and protecting the environment, industrial structure, mode of production, way of life, and natural tranquillity." Harmonious, beautiful, this has pointed out the direction for the ecological environment spatial management, the establishment and consummation unifies the spatial planning system, enhances the national land spatial governance ability and the efficiency is our country deepening the system reform one important task. In the future national space governance situation, the scientific and reasonable space type and space unit division will be the most basic and the most critical work, only in this way, can the space tube be anchored more accurately.
