蜈蚣草水熱液化后處理及生物油改性

【摘要】:以典型砷超富集植物——蜈蚣草莖葉收獲物為研究對象,開展了水熱液化后處理及粗生物油改性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。在粒度75μm、液固比6.7∶1、溫度380℃、壓強(qiáng)25 MPa條件下,對蜈蚣草進(jìn)行水熱液化后處理后,蜈蚣草莖葉中91.51%以上的重金屬進(jìn)入水溶液,68.56%的生物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化為粗生物油。經(jīng)GC-MS檢測,粗生物油中有機(jī)物成分主要為苯環(huán)類23.79%、烷烴類13.96%、酯類20.75%、醇類3.10%、酮類25.11%、烯烴類7.19%;以正十二烷為溶劑,在溫度150℃、時間2 h、氫壓1.0 MPa以及鈀碳催化劑5%的條件下對粗生物油進(jìn)行催化加氫改性,得到的改性生物油含苯環(huán)類1.17%、烷烴類87.75%、酯類1.26%、醛酮類2.70%、烯烴類2.71%。經(jīng)改性后,粗生物油中苯環(huán)類有機(jī)物大幅降低,烷烴類有機(jī)物大幅增長,熱值由38.86 MJ·kg~(-1)提高到46.85 MJ·kg~(-1),有利于生物油的能源化利用。
