硅酸鎂的改性及其對稠油污水中有機物的吸附

【摘要】:采用焙燒酸處理成功制備了酸化硅酸鎂吸附材料,通過傅里葉紅外(FT-IR)、掃描電鏡(SEM)和全自動化表面積和孔結(jié)構(gòu)分析儀等手段對樣品結(jié)構(gòu)進行表征;研究了酸化硅酸鎂的吸附性能,考察了吸附劑加量、pH值、溫度和時間等因素對稠油污水中有機物的吸附影響。結(jié)果表明,酸化處理改變了硅酸鎂表面晶體結(jié)構(gòu),微孔數(shù)量與比表面積增加;強化了硅酸鎂對稠油污水的有機物吸附,將同濃度的COD去除率從52.94%提高到76.12%;吸附劑的吸附能力隨溫度的升高而降低;強酸或強堿性條件下有利于對稠油污水中有機物的吸附;吸附0.5h,COD去除率可達65.58%。
[Abstract]:Acidified magnesium silicate adsorption materials were successfully prepared by roasting acid treatment. The structure of the samples was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fully automated surface area and pore structure analyzer. The adsorption properties of acidified magnesium silicate were studied. The effects of the amount of adsorbent, pH value, temperature and time on the adsorption of organic matter in heavy oil wastewater were investigated. The results showed that the crystal structure of magnesium silicate surface was changed by acidification treatment, the number of micropores and the specific surface area were increased, and the adsorption of organic matter on heavy oil wastewater was enhanced, and the removal rate of COD at the same concentration was increased from 52.94% to 76.12%. The adsorption ability of adsorbent decreases with the increase of temperature, the adsorption rate of organic matter in heavy oil wastewater is favorable under the condition of strong acid or strong alkalinity, and the removal rate of COD can reach 65.58 at 0.5 h.
