餐廚垃圾分選有機(jī)廢物熱解動(dòng)力學(xué)特性分析

【摘要】:針對(duì)餐廚垃圾生物處理過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的有機(jī)廢物,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)餐廚垃圾的資源化利用,使用熱重分析儀對(duì)其典型組分:塑料、骨頭及難降解生物質(zhì),進(jìn)行了單獨(dú)及混合熱重(TG)特性研究。結(jié)果表明:難降解生物質(zhì)(BRB)、骨頭等生物質(zhì)類物質(zhì)失重溫度較低,最大失重率溫度分別為325和341℃,塑料的失重溫度較高,最大失重率溫度在475℃;通過(guò)對(duì)混合物料的熱重曲線和動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,在較低溫度(400℃),塑料和骨頭對(duì)熱解過(guò)程有一定的抑制作用,而在高溫(400℃)狀態(tài)下,二者在熱解過(guò)程中有協(xié)同作用;含有3種組分的實(shí)際物料在166~361℃條件下熱解過(guò)程符合二維相界反應(yīng)(函數(shù)為2(1-α)1/2);而在361~550℃熱解符合三級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)反應(yīng)(函數(shù)為(1-α)3),在整個(gè)溫度階段(166~550℃)中的實(shí)際活化能低于模擬活化能(59.6986.57 k J·mol-1),表明3種物料混合熱解有協(xié)同作用。
