熱活化褐鐵礦吸附除磷性能

【摘要】:利用X射線熒光光譜、X射線衍射、比表面積分析、場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描和透射電子顯微鏡、熱分析等表征手段研究熱活化褐鐵礦物相組成和形貌特征,通過靜態(tài)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究熱活化褐鐵礦除磷效果的影響因素、動(dòng)力學(xué)、熱力學(xué)及除磷機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:褐鐵礦中的納米 亞微米針鐵礦晶體在350℃空氣中熱活化轉(zhuǎn)化成為具有多孔結(jié)構(gòu)的赤鐵礦,在該溫度下活化處理產(chǎn)物具有更高的比表面積和吸附除磷性能。熱活化褐鐵礦吸附除磷是自發(fā)的吸熱過程,在一定pH范圍內(nèi)(3~9),pH值越低越有利于對(duì)磷的吸附,低濃度(1~100 mmol/L)Cl~ 、NO_3~ 、SO_4~(2 )對(duì)熱活化褐鐵礦吸附除磷基本沒有影響。
[Abstract]:The phase composition and morphology of thermally activated limonite were studied by means of X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, specific surface area analysis, field emission scanning and transmission electron microscopy and thermal analysis. The influence factors, kinetics, thermodynamics and mechanism of phosphorus removal from thermally activated limonite were studied by static experiments.
