【摘要】：正9月底,福州市環(huán)保局、市水利局、市農(nóng)業(yè)局等六部門聯(lián)合出臺(tái)《福州市小流域水環(huán)境治理工作考核細(xì)則(試行)》。列入《福州市小流域水環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)位設(shè)置方案》考核的市控以上小流域,均為考核對(duì)象。相關(guān)部門將按照年度整治計(jì)劃及目標(biāo),結(jié)合"有專人負(fù)責(zé)、有監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)施、有考核辦法、有長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制"要求,對(duì)小流域水環(huán)境治
[Abstract]:At the end of September, six departments, such as Fuzhou Environmental Protection Bureau, Municipal Water Conservancy Bureau and Municipal Agriculture Bureau, jointly issued the rules for the Assessment of Water Environment Control in Fuzhou small Watershed (for trial implementation). All the small watersheds controlled by the city of Fuzhou were included in the water environment monitoring site setting scheme of Fuzhou small watershed, and all of them were the objects of examination. The relevant departments will, in accordance with the annual renovation plan and objectives, combine the requirements of "having special personnel responsible, monitoring facilities, assessment methods and long-term mechanism" to control the water environment of small watersheds.
