有機(jī)污泥干燥特性與干燥模型研究

【摘要】:為了有效處理含水率較高且體積龐大的有機(jī)污泥,實(shí)現(xiàn)與低溫?zé)峤夤に囅嘟Y(jié)合,進(jìn)一步完善污泥處理與利用知識體系,研究了干燥溫度與升溫速率對污泥干燥過程中的質(zhì)量、失重率、含水率、熱量的影響。同時研究了不同溫度下污泥的干燥速率和含水率的變化規(guī)律,并建立了污泥干燥的數(shù)學(xué)模型。實(shí)驗結(jié)果表明:從不同干燥特性曲線可以看出,污泥的干燥特性符合理論的3個階段,預(yù)熱時間極短,恒速階段持續(xù)時間也不長,最后的減速階段時間最長。干燥終溫為240℃時污泥干化時間最短,速率最快。二次模型的預(yù)測值與實(shí)測值決定系數(shù)為0.992 4,均方根誤差和殘差平方和分別為0.035和0.032,與其他數(shù)學(xué)模型相比,二次模型對污泥干燥過程的擬合優(yōu)度最高。
