廢棄線路板分離富集金屬和非金屬的方法研究

【摘要】:采用萬能高速粉碎機(jī)對(duì)廢棄線路板進(jìn)行破碎,采用ICP-AES分析線路板中主要金屬含量,研究破碎累積時(shí)間對(duì)破碎產(chǎn)物以及金屬銅在各粒徑范圍分布的影響,討論粉末粒徑大小對(duì)水力搖床分選效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,線路板中金屬銅的含量達(dá)約25%;當(dāng)破碎累積時(shí)間為180 s時(shí),得到的破碎產(chǎn)品在0.15~1 mm粒徑范圍內(nèi)的產(chǎn)率最高。采用水力搖床分選時(shí),在0.15~1 mm粒徑的粉末比較適合水力搖床分選,此粒級(jí)中銅的回收率達(dá)到98.3%以上。
[Abstract]:The waste circuit board was broken by a universal high speed pulverizer, and the main metal content in the circuit board was analyzed by ICP-AES. The effect of crushing time on the crushing product and the distribution of copper in each particle size range was studied. The effect of particle size on the separation efficiency of hydraulic rocker was discussed. The results show that the content of metal copper in the circuit board is about 25%, and when the crushing time is 180 s, the yield of the broken product is the highest in the range of 0.15 mm particle size. The powder with 0.15 mm diameter is suitable for hydraulic shaker separation, and the recovery rate of copper in this particle is over 98.3%.
