獸用抗生素研究的文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析
[Abstract]:In order to understand the whole situation and frontier trends of veterinary antibiotic research, based on the online database of Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E, the global literature on veterinary antibiotics (21,394 articles) from 1995 to 2016 was analyzed by metrology. The research content and development trend are systematically evaluated. The results showed that the number of studies on veterinary antibiotics increased rapidly in the past 20 years, from 387 in 1995 to 1601 in 2016. Substitution study and toxic effects. In particular, antibiotic-induced bacterial resistance is becoming more and more serious, and resistance genes have become a hot topic in recent years. Comprehensive analysis of the author's keywords (Author keywords), plus (Keywords Plus), title (Title) and (Abstract), tetracyclines quinolones and sulfanilamides are the current hot research antibiotic categories but also continue to be the object of concern in the future. In addition, the epidemic spread caused by drug-resistant bacteria, the residues of antibiotics in the environment and their detection methods, resistance genes and so on are the hot topics in the research of antibiotics in livestock and poultry industry, and the hot research substrates related to veterinary antibiotics include food. Feed, feces, meat, milk, soil, etc. The results of bibliometric analysis show that veterinary antibiotics are still the focus of research in the field of agricultural environment. The pollution of tetracycline, quinolones and their corresponding drug-resistant bacteria in environmental media will still be the main research direction.
