渤海采油平臺(tái)改建魚礁區(qū)懸浮物與磷酸鹽的相互作用

【摘要】:沉積物是自然水體中磷循環(huán)的重要媒介,對(duì)水體中磷酸鹽的濃度有重要影響。有研究表明,渤海富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化的限制因子為磷,懸浮物和磷酸鹽的吸附解吸作用將直接影響渤海中的磷濃度。退役采油平臺(tái)改建魚礁后將影響渤海局部海域的水動(dòng)力條件,進(jìn)而影響礁區(qū)的固體濃度以及顆粒物與水體的接觸反應(yīng)時(shí)間。EPC0(臨界磷平衡濃度,Zero equilibrium phosphorus concentration)是懸浮物的重要屬性,它與水中磷濃度共同決定懸浮物的源匯角色。本文以渤海埕島油田海域?yàn)槔?通過(guò)吸附動(dòng)力學(xué)和等溫實(shí)驗(yàn),探討了海洋懸浮物與低濃度的磷酸鹽相互作用的波動(dòng)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程和固體濃度對(duì)EPC0的影響,并通過(guò)懸浮物無(wú)機(jī)磷的形態(tài)分析探討了波動(dòng)動(dòng)力學(xué)過(guò)程中不同無(wú)機(jī)磷之間的轉(zhuǎn)化。主要結(jié)論如下:(1)懸浮物與高/低濃度溶液中磷酸鹽反應(yīng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線具有明顯差異。高磷濃度動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線單調(diào)且易于達(dá)到反應(yīng)平衡,而低磷濃度動(dòng)力學(xué)曲線呈波動(dòng)趨勢(shì),所以通過(guò)高磷濃度動(dòng)力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)得到的平衡反應(yīng)時(shí)間并不能用于低濃度磷吸附等溫實(shí)驗(yàn)。(2)懸浮物與低濃度磷作用的動(dòng)力學(xué)波動(dòng)現(xiàn)象可能是沉積物中不同形態(tài)的磷相互轉(zhuǎn)化的結(jié)果;懸浮物中的鐵和鈣能促進(jìn)懸浮物對(duì)磷酸鹽的吸附,吸附過(guò)程也存在波動(dòng)現(xiàn)象。(3)波動(dòng)動(dòng)力學(xué)現(xiàn)象的存在,將導(dǎo)致通過(guò)吸附等溫實(shí)驗(yàn)估算EPC0時(shí),選擇不同的平衡時(shí)間和不同的磷濃度將得到不同的結(jié)果,從而影響對(duì)水環(huán)境中沉積物的源匯判斷,所以要根據(jù)實(shí)際情況選擇合適的磷濃度與吸附-解吸反應(yīng)時(shí)間。(4)懸浮物與磷酸鹽的相互作用存在明顯的固體濃度效應(yīng)。隨著固體濃度的增大,懸浮物與磷酸鹽的吸附等溫線斜率減小,沉積物的吸附能力和對(duì)磷酸鹽的緩沖能力下降。固體濃度和EPC0值是正相關(guān)關(guān)系,但呈非線性變化。(5)渤海埕島油田區(qū)沉積物各種無(wú)機(jī)形態(tài)的磷含量大小順序?yàn)?HCl-PBD-POH-Ploosely-P。沉積物磷形態(tài)分析過(guò)程中存在固體濃度效應(yīng),隨著固體濃度的增大,磷形態(tài)分析得到的各形態(tài)磷含量降低,并且各形態(tài)磷所占百分比也將出現(xiàn)變化。
[Abstract]:Sediment is an important medium for phosphorus cycling in natural water, which has an important effect on phosphate concentration in water. Some studies have shown that phosphorus is the limiting factor of eutrophication in Bohai Sea. The adsorption and desorption of suspended solids and phosphate will directly affect the concentration of phosphorus in the Bohai Sea. After decommissioning the reef, the hydrodynamic conditions in the Bohai Sea area will be affected, and the solid concentration in the reef area and the contact reaction time between particulate matter and water body. EPC0 (critical phosphorus equilibrium concentration zero equilibrium phosphorus concentration) is an important attribute of suspended matter). Together with phosphorus concentration in water, it determines the source and sink role of suspended solids. Taking Chengdao Oilfield in Bohai Sea as an example, through adsorption kinetics and isothermal experiments, the wave dynamics of the interaction between suspended solids and low concentration phosphate and the effect of solid concentration on EPC0 are discussed. The transformation of different inorganic phosphorus in the process of wave dynamics was discussed through the speciation analysis of suspended inorganic phosphorus. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the kinetic curves of the reaction between suspended solids and phosphate in high / low concentration solutions are obviously different. The kinetic curve of high phosphorus concentration is monotonous and easy to reach the reaction equilibrium, while the kinetic curve of low phosphorus concentration shows a fluctuating trend. Therefore, the equilibrium reaction time obtained from the kinetic experiment of high phosphorus concentration can not be used in the adsorption isothermal experiment of low concentration phosphorus. (2) the kinetic fluctuation of the interaction between suspended solids and low concentration phosphorus may be the result of the mutual transformation of different forms of phosphorus in sediments; Iron and calcium in suspended solids can promote the adsorption of phosphate by suspended solids, and the adsorption process is also fluctuating. (3) the existence of wave dynamics will lead to the estimation of EPC0 by isothermal adsorption experiments. Different equilibrium time and different phosphorus concentration will result in different results, which will affect the source and sink judgement of sediment in water environment. Therefore, the suitable concentration of phosphorus and the reaction time of adsorption-desorption should be chosen according to the actual situation. (4) the interaction between suspended solids and phosphate has obvious solid concentration effect. With the increase of solid concentration, the slope of adsorption isotherm between suspended solids and phosphate decreases, while the adsorption capacity of sediment and the buffer capacity of phosphate decrease. There is a positive correlation between the concentration of solid and the value of EPC0, but there is a nonlinear change. (5) the order of phosphorus content of various inorganic forms in the sediments of Chengdao oilfield area in Bohai Sea is: HCl-PBD-POH-Ploosely-Py-P. There is a solid concentration effect in the process of phosphorus speciation analysis in sediment. With the increase of the solid concentration, the phosphorus content of each form of phosphorus species analysis will decrease, and the percentage of phosphorus forms will also change.
