燃煤電廠超低排放應用現(xiàn)狀及關(guān)鍵問題

【摘要】:目前我國的煙氣協(xié)同治理技術(shù)路線應用時間較短,超低排放的運行和維護經(jīng)驗相對不足。為此,在介紹目前我國燃煤電廠超低排放改造技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國已開展超低排放改造過程中及實際運行過程中存在問題進行了系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)分析,提出了合理改進運行建議,最后對我國超低排放各技術(shù)線路的經(jīng)濟性進行了比較分析和技術(shù)選擇,并對燃煤電廠超低排放技術(shù)未來的發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望。研究結(jié)果表明:相較于脫硝改造,電除塵和脫硫的超低排放改造工藝更為豐富,但都能滿足煙塵、二氧化硫、氮氧化物這3項各自的排放質(zhì)量濃度限值5、35、50 mg/m~3要求;超低排放各工藝技術(shù)實施過程中出現(xiàn)的問題主要集中在工藝設(shè)備的選型與安裝、運行未達到預期、原料的運輸及使用壽命、在線監(jiān)測、上下游設(shè)備之間的影響等方面;燃煤裝機容量越大,單位發(fā)電量的投資就越低,改造經(jīng)濟性也就越顯著,推薦超低排放改造路線為"低氮燃燒+選擇性催化還原+低低溫電除塵器/電除塵器自身改造+單塔一體化技術(shù)/(脫硫改造+濕式電除塵器)";未來的超低排放發(fā)展趨勢將會集中于開發(fā)低成本超低排放技術(shù)、協(xié)同脫除技術(shù)、全過程污染控制超低排放等。通過對我國燃煤電廠超低排放應用現(xiàn)狀及關(guān)鍵問題的分析,可指導燃煤電廠大氣污染物的控制研究及促進超低排放工藝技術(shù)的不斷完善。
[Abstract]:At present, the application time of flue gas synergistic treatment technology in China is relatively short, and the operation and maintenance experience of ultra-low emission is relatively insufficient. Finally, the paper makes a comparative analysis of the economy of various technical lines with ultra-low emission and technical selection, and looks forward to the future development trend of ultra-low emission technology in coal-fired power plants. In order to enrich, but can satisfy the smoke dust, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides these three respective emission mass concentration limit value 5,35,50 mg/m~3 requirements; Ultra-low emission each craft technology implementation process appears the question mainly in the craft equipment selection and the installment, the movement has not achieved the anticipation, the raw material transportation and the service life, on-line monitoring, upstream and downstream installment. The larger the coal-fired installed capacity, the lower the investment per unit generating capacity, and the more remarkable the economic efficiency of the retrofitting. It is recommended that the retrofitting route of ultra-low emission should be "low nitrogen combustion + selective catalytic reduction + low temperature electrostatic precipitator / electrostatic precipitator self-retrofitting + single tower integrated technology /(desulfurization retrofitting + wet electrostatic precipitator)"; The development trend of ultra-low emission will concentrate on the development of low-cost ultra-low emission technology, cooperative removal technology, and the control of ultra-low emission in the whole process of pollution control. It's perfect.
