六溴環(huán)十二烷對(duì)擬長(zhǎng)腹劍水蚤的急性毒性和生殖發(fā)育毒性效應(yīng)

【摘要】:為探討六溴環(huán)十二烷(Hexabromocyclododecane,HBCD)對(duì)海洋橈足類(lèi)的毒性效應(yīng),本文研究了HBCD對(duì)擬長(zhǎng)腹劍水蚤(Oithona similis)急性毒性、變態(tài)率、變態(tài)時(shí)間、成熟時(shí)間及繁殖力的影響。結(jié)果顯示:HBCD對(duì)擬長(zhǎng)腹劍水蚤的96h-LC50為1.75mg·L-1;不同濃度HBCD暴露下擬長(zhǎng)腹劍水蚤的變態(tài)率、變態(tài)時(shí)間、首次抱卵時(shí)間、卵囊發(fā)育時(shí)間及抱卵雌體比率均受到顯著影響;各濃度HBCD對(duì)擬長(zhǎng)腹劍水蚤的生殖力未造成顯著影響。研究表明,HBCD對(duì)擬長(zhǎng)腹劍水蚤的急性毒性相對(duì)較低,但對(duì)其生殖發(fā)育具有顯著的毒性效應(yīng),這可為HBCD的潛在生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估提供一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the toxic effects of hexabromocyclododecane (Hexabromocyclododecane,HBCD) on marine copepods, the effects of HBCD on the acute toxicity, metamorphosis rate, metamorphosis time, maturation time and fecundity of (Oithona similis) were studied. The results showed that the 96h-LC50 of WHBCD to Daphnia lanceolata was 1.75mg L-1.The rate of metamorphosis, the time of first egg holding, the time of development of egg sac and the ratio of oocyst to female were significantly affected by different concentrations of HBCD. There was no significant effect of HBCD concentration on fecundity of Daphnia lanceolata. The results showed that the acute toxicity of HBCD to Daphnia lanceolata was relatively low, but it had a significant toxic effect on its reproductive development, which could provide a scientific basis for the assessment of potential ecological risk of HBCD.
