負(fù)載復(fù)合金屬催化劑的活性半焦脫除煙氣中NO的非等溫動(dòng)力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:對(duì)負(fù)載復(fù)合金屬催化劑的活性半焦脫除煙氣中NO進(jìn)行了非等溫動(dòng)力學(xué)研究,并對(duì)其反應(yīng)機(jī)制進(jìn)行了探討.使用熱重分析儀進(jìn)行程序升溫脫硝實(shí)驗(yàn),采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO),Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose(KAS)和Coats-Redfen(CR)非等溫動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,計(jì)算純活性半焦和負(fù)載金屬催化劑的活性半焦脫硝的表觀活化能.使用X射線衍射儀(XRD)對(duì)催化劑脫硝前后的金屬活性相進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明:在活性半焦上負(fù)載銅鐵復(fù)合金屬催化劑后,降低了脫硝反應(yīng)的表觀活化能、反應(yīng)所需溫度和反應(yīng)能耗;當(dāng)活性半焦的碳轉(zhuǎn)化率≤0.3時(shí),脫硝過程主要由化學(xué)反應(yīng)控制,當(dāng)碳轉(zhuǎn)化率0.3時(shí),脫硝過程轉(zhuǎn)向擴(kuò)散控制為主;通過XRD結(jié)果分析可知,金屬催化劑的低價(jià)態(tài)活性相具有較高的催化活性,隨著脫硝反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行,金屬活性相被氧化成為活性較低的高價(jià)態(tài);復(fù)合金屬氧化物鐵酸銅能在反應(yīng)過程中分解成為活性更高的金屬活性相,提高了脫硝性能.
[Abstract]:The non-isothermal kinetics of activated semi-coke removal of NO from flue gas by supported composite metal catalyst was studied and the reaction mechanism was discussed. The temperature programmed denitrification experiment was carried out by thermogravimetric analyzer. The apparent activation energy of denitrification of pure active char and supported metal catalyst was calculated by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa (FWO) Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose (KAS) and Coats-Redfen (CR) non-isothermal kinetic method. The active phase of the catalyst before and after denitrification was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results show that the apparent activation energy of denitrification is reduced, the reaction temperature and energy consumption are reduced, and the carbon conversion of activated char is 鈮,
