【摘要】：21世紀經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展極大地改善了人們的生活條件,提高了人們的生活水平,但同時也帶來了資源的巨大浪費和生態(tài)環(huán)境的急劇破壞,目前,我國大約有90%的城市水域受到嚴重污染,大約有70%的城市河流已經(jīng)不能作為飲用水源,大約有80%的污水未處理就直接進行排放,再加上我國的水資源本身就具有總量少,人口多,人均少,水資源地區(qū)分配不均,水土資源不匹配的特點,污水處理成為當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要任務(wù)之一,國家對污水處理設(shè)備的需求急劇增加,國家采取了一系列政策、措施鼓勵企業(yè)大力發(fā)展污水處理技術(shù),生產(chǎn)高科技含量、高效率的污水處理設(shè)備,在這種形勢下,濰坊經(jīng)緯環(huán)境技術(shù)設(shè)備有限公司積極響應(yīng)國家的號召,抓住發(fā)展的良機,結(jié)合公司以及本地的實際情況,決定新建污水處理設(shè)備制造新廠區(qū)。本文結(jié)合濰坊本地的實際情況,運用項目管理相關(guān)的的理論和方法,對濰坊經(jīng)緯環(huán)境技術(shù)設(shè)備有限公司新上的污水處理設(shè)備制造新廠區(qū)項目建設(shè)進行了研究,通過實際勘察、數(shù)據(jù)合理性分析等方法研究經(jīng)緯污水處理設(shè)備制造新廠項目建設(shè)過程中項目管理的應(yīng)用情況,分析了項目建設(shè)過程中在組織結(jié)構(gòu)、成本控制、進度控制、質(zhì)量控制和風(fēng)險管理等方面等存在的問題和不足,提出了具體的改進方案和措施,總結(jié)了項目實施過程中的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),為其他污水處理設(shè)備制造廠區(qū)的建設(shè)提供參考,避免后續(xù)項目走彎路,以合理配置人力、物力資源、節(jié)約時間,使企業(yè)能夠又快又有質(zhì)量的完成新廠區(qū)的建設(shè),以保證污水處理設(shè)備能夠盡早投入生產(chǎn),為我國污水處理設(shè)備的發(fā)展以及環(huán)境保護盡一份力量。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy in the 21st century has greatly improved the living conditions and living standards of people, but at the same time, it has also brought huge waste of resources and sharp destruction of ecological environment. About 90% of the urban waters in China are seriously polluted, about 70% of urban rivers are no longer available as drinking water sources, and about 80% of the sewage is discharged directly without treatment. In addition, the total amount of water resources in our country is low. The characteristics of large population, low per capita population, uneven distribution of water resources and mismatch of water and soil resources, sewage treatment has become one of the important tasks of current economic development, the demand for sewage treatment equipment has increased sharply, and the state has adopted a series of policies. In this situation, Weifang Jingwei Environmental Technology equipment Co., Ltd. actively responds to the call of the state and seize the opportunity of development. Combined with the actual situation of the company and local, decided to build new sewage treatment equipment manufacturing new plant. Based on the local situation of Weifang and the relevant theories and methods of project management, this paper studies the construction of the new sewage treatment equipment manufacturing project in Weifang Jingwei Environmental Technology equipment Co., Ltd. This paper studies the application of project management in the construction process of the new plant of warp and weft sewage treatment equipment, and analyzes the organization structure, cost control and schedule control in the process of project construction. The problems and shortcomings in quality control and risk management are put forward, and the concrete improvement schemes and measures are put forward, and the experiences and lessons in the implementation of the project are summarized, which can provide a reference for the construction of other sewage treatment equipment manufacturing plant areas. Avoid the detours of subsequent projects, rationally allocate manpower and material resources, save time, enable enterprises to complete the construction of new plant areas quickly and qualitatively, so as to ensure that sewage treatment equipment can be put into production as soon as possible, For the development of sewage treatment equipment and environmental protection.
