不同清洗條件下反滲透系統(tǒng)清洗效果的對(duì)比分析

【摘要】:伴隨著生產(chǎn)和生活產(chǎn)生的排水,市政污水和工業(yè)廢水越來(lái)越多的成為了膜法水處理的給水。隨著反滲透膜在市政污水回用領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,膜系統(tǒng)污染的問(wèn)題日益突出,通常系統(tǒng)污染表現(xiàn)為進(jìn)水壓力升高、段間壓差增大和產(chǎn)水量下降等現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)污染物積累到一定程度就需要對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行清洗,通過(guò)對(duì)再生水廠反滲透系統(tǒng)污染物的分析,其中有機(jī)物占77%,無(wú)機(jī)鹽占23%,有機(jī)物和微生物污染較為嚴(yán)重。通過(guò)對(duì)不同清洗條件下,系統(tǒng)清洗效果的分析,可以得出在保持清洗時(shí)間為15h、清洗溫度為30℃時(shí),去除反滲透系統(tǒng)有機(jī)物和微生物污染較為有效的藥液配置是0.025%Na—SDS加0.1%NaOH組成的堿性清洗液,去除碳酸鹽垢有效的清洗藥液配置為0.2%HCl的酸性清洗液,在該清洗條件下反滲透系統(tǒng)清洗后進(jìn)水壓力和段間壓差降低顯著。
