【摘要】：伴隨著生產和生活產生的排水,市政污水和工業(yè)廢水越來越多的成為了膜法水處理的給水。隨著反滲透膜在市政污水回用領域的廣泛應用,膜系統(tǒng)污染的問題日益突出,通常系統(tǒng)污染表現為進水壓力升高、段間壓差增大和產水量下降等現象。當污染物積累到一定程度就需要對系統(tǒng)進行清洗,通過對再生水廠反滲透系統(tǒng)污染物的分析,其中有機物占77%,無機鹽占23%,有機物和微生物污染較為嚴重。通過對不同清洗條件下,系統(tǒng)清洗效果的分析,可以得出在保持清洗時間為15h、清洗溫度為30℃時,去除反滲透系統(tǒng)有機物和微生物污染較為有效的藥液配置是0.025%Na—SDS加0.1%NaOH組成的堿性清洗液,去除碳酸鹽垢有效的清洗藥液配置為0.2%HCl的酸性清洗液,在該清洗條件下反滲透系統(tǒng)清洗后進水壓力和段間壓差降低顯著。
