鈷錳雙金屬氧化物催化過硫酸氫鉀降解酸性橙7的研究

【摘要】:為了研究CoMnO_x在常溫下活化過硫酸氫鉀(PMS)產(chǎn)生硫酸根自由基(SO_4~-·)降解酸性偶氮染料酸性橙7(AO7)的效能,采用溶膠-凝膠法制備CoMnO_x雙金屬催化劑,考察了CoMnO_x投量、PMS投量、AO7初始濃度以及初始p H對PMS/CoMnO_x體系降解AO7效果的影響.結(jié)果顯示,CoMnO_x和PMS投量的增加對AO7的去除率均有提升效果,而隨著AO7初始濃度的增加,PMS/CoMnO_x體系對其的去除率逐漸降低,在最優(yōu)條件下反應(yīng)20min后AO7的去除率達(dá)95.28%,較單金屬催化效果提升顯著,體系初始p H值對AO7降解有顯著影響,弱酸性條件下有利于CoMnO_x催化PMS氧化反應(yīng)的進(jìn)行.通過投加乙醇和叔丁醇兩種不同種類的猝滅劑,證實(shí)了AO7的降解主要是SO_4~-·和·OH共同作用的結(jié)果,其中SO_4~-·起主導(dǎo)作用.利用X射線衍射(XRD)、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)對催化劑進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明催化劑的主要存在形式為Mn Co_2O_4其中Co~(2+)、Co~(3+)、Mn~(2+)、Mn~(3+)、晶格氧、羥基氧的物質(zhì)的量百分比分別為27.94%、6.16%、11.42%、19.99%、25.99%、8.68%.
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of CoMnO_x on the degradation of acid azo dye acid orange 7 (AO7) by activation of potassium persulfate (PMS) at room temperature, CoMnO_x bimetallic catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of initial concentration of AO7 and initial pH of CoMnO_x on the degradation of AO7 in PMS/CoMnO_x system were investigated. The results showed that both the increase of CoMnOx and the amount of PMS increased the removal rate of AO7, but with the increase of the initial concentration of AO7, the removal rate of AO7 / CoMnOx system decreased gradually. Under the optimum conditions, the removal rate of AO7 reached 95.288.The initial pH value of the system has a significant effect on the degradation of AO7, and the weak acid condition is favorable to the oxidation of PMS catalyzed by CoMnO_x. By adding two kinds of quenching agents, ethanol and tert-butanol, it is proved that the degradation of AO7 is mainly the result of the interaction of so _ 4O _ 4 and OH, and so _ 4 ~ (-) plays a leading role in the degradation of AO7. X-ray diffraction (XRD) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to characterize the catalyst. The results showed that the main forms of the catalyst were mn Co_2O_4, where Co ~ (2) C ~ (3) O ~ (3) O ~ (2) mn ~ (2) O ~ (2), O _ (2), O _ (3) were 27.94 ~ 6.16% and 11.4219.99 ~ (19. 99) ~ (25.99N) 25.99m = 8.68, respectively.
