高氟廢水除氟新技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展,含氟廢水的排放量增多,給環(huán)境帶來更多的危害。含氟廢水的處理普遍應(yīng)用化學沉淀法,但其存在大量沉淀污泥含水率高、處理處置困難、難以回收利用的不足。本論文提出用改性鈣鹽除氟劑誘導(dǎo)結(jié)晶法去除高氟廢水中的氟,該方法以改性鈣鹽為除氟劑,CaF2為晶種誘導(dǎo)結(jié)晶除氟,解決了污泥量大、污泥含水率高、不能回收利用的問題。本文對模擬含氟廢水、高氟廢水做了除氟研究。研究除氟的具體工藝條件,確定適宜的工藝條件為:溫度25℃、時間60min、pH值4.0~9.0、殘余鈣量300mg/L、晶種加入量為6~10g/L?疾炝嗽谀M含氟廢水中共存雜質(zhì)離子對改性鈣鹽除氟劑誘導(dǎo)結(jié)晶法除氟的影響。結(jié)果表明,Mg2+、S042-和P043-極大地影響除氟深度,隨著溶液中含Mg2+濃度、SO42-濃度和P043胃濃度的增加,殘余氟濃度上升;溶液中的Cl-和SiF62-對除氟影響較小。本文對某企業(yè)提供的高氟廢水開展了除氟研究,結(jié)果顯示,廢水中氟從769.76mg/L穩(wěn)定降低到10mg/L以下,達到排放標準。除氟渣可以作為晶種再循環(huán)利用到除氟過程中,同時除氟渣的主要成分是氟化鈣,含量達到95%以上,可作為產(chǎn)品出售。結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用改性鈣鹽除氟劑誘導(dǎo)結(jié)晶技術(shù)可以脫除高氟廢水中氟。相比于其它除氟技術(shù),該技術(shù)具有操作簡單、流程較短、處理成本低、處理效果佳、可實現(xiàn)氟的資源化回收的特點,具備很好的工業(yè)應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the development of industry, the discharge of fluorine-containing wastewater increases, which brings more harm to the environment. Chemical precipitation is widely used in the treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater, but it is difficult to recover and reuse due to the high moisture content of a large amount of precipitated sludge. In this paper, the modified calcium salt defluorination agent induced crystallization method is proposed to remove fluorine from high fluorine wastewater. The method uses modified calcium salt as defluorine agent and CaF2 as crystal seed to induce defluorination, which solves the problems of large amount of sludge, high moisture content of sludge and no recovery and utilization.
