【摘要】：伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一體化和科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,我國對環(huán)境保護(hù)的重視程度越來越高,特別是水環(huán)境的治理與保護(hù),各種政策的支持使得水務(wù)行業(yè)處于蓬勃發(fā)展階段。高速的發(fā)展速度,必然會導(dǎo)致水務(wù)行業(yè)的企業(yè)都或多或少面臨著國內(nèi)國外各方面的競爭和各種不確定因素的干擾,日益激烈的競爭環(huán)境和復(fù)雜繁多的不確定因素使得企業(yè)會更加關(guān)注企業(yè)的自我投資和對外投資,以期做到企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。同時(shí)隨著融資、建設(shè)管理等模式創(chuàng)新,相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平持續(xù)提升,污水處理企業(yè)投資策略的改革也隨之成為未來發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)。本課題從XX集團(tuán)(某國有污水處理企業(yè))投資面臨的各類問題為切入點(diǎn)展開研究,研究的主要內(nèi)容包含以下四個(gè)主要方面:(1)理論研究。針對投資相關(guān)的理論進(jìn)行介紹,并對投資方式、投資決策等相關(guān)概念來展開說明。(2)現(xiàn)狀研究。從XX集團(tuán)的基本概述出發(fā),對其經(jīng)營狀況以及投資現(xiàn)狀展開說明,為下文的策略分析提供依據(jù)。(3)XX集團(tuán)投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素以及收益研究。對XX集團(tuán)投資面臨的內(nèi)外部因素進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,并對其投資的收益進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)明確該企業(yè)當(dāng)前投資存在的問題,及投資存在盲目性,缺乏系統(tǒng)的投資策略且大量資金閑置(4)優(yōu)化策略分析。針對XX集團(tuán)經(jīng)營以及投資時(shí)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和當(dāng)前企業(yè)經(jīng)營以及投資過程中存在的問題,對XX集團(tuán)的投資策略進(jìn)行分析。從就投資方式來說,XX集團(tuán)可以通過直接投資為主、間接投資為輔的投資策略進(jìn)行投資,這樣XX集團(tuán)不僅進(jìn)行了收益較高且風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較小的主營業(yè)務(wù)方面的直接投資,同時(shí)對于閑置的資金通過開拓間接投資的方式進(jìn)行了盤活;從長短期投資的方面來說,XX集團(tuán)可以施行長短結(jié)合的策略,一方面對主營業(yè)務(wù)的長期投資使得未來的投資變現(xiàn)和現(xiàn)金流入是穩(wěn)定的,且收益水平能維持在6%以上。另一方面剩余資金的短期投資保證了XX集團(tuán)安穩(wěn)處理日常運(yùn)營過程中突然事件的能力,并對閑置資金進(jìn)行了盤活;從風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理角度來說,XX集團(tuán)可以通過馬柯維茨的資產(chǎn)組合理論,對投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分散,承擔(dān)合適的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并享受相應(yīng)的收益。同時(shí)由于XX集團(tuán)是水務(wù)行業(yè)具有代表性的大型國有污水處理企業(yè),其面臨的問題,以及其投資策略的分析,對其他資金雄厚的國有水務(wù)企業(yè)也具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the integration of the world economy and the development of science and technology, our country pays more and more attention to the environmental protection, especially the treatment and protection of the water environment. The high speed of development will inevitably lead to the water industry enterprises more or less facing the domestic and foreign competition and the interference of various uncertain factors. The increasingly fierce competition environment and complicated and varied uncertain factors make enterprises pay more attention to their self-investment and outward investment in order to achieve the further development of enterprises. At the same time, with the innovation of financing and construction management, the development level of related industries continues to improve, and the reform of investment strategy of sewage treatment enterprises becomes the focus of future development. This paper starts with the investment problems faced by XX Group (a state-owned sewage treatment enterprise). The main contents of the research include the following four main aspects: (1) theoretical research. The related theories of investment are introduced, and the related concepts such as investment mode and investment decision are explained. (2) the present situation is studied. Starting from the basic overview of XX Group, this paper explains its operating status and investment status, and provides the basis for the following strategic analysis. (3) XX Group Investment risk factors and income Research. This paper makes a risk analysis on the internal and external factors facing the investment of XX Group, and further analyzes the income of its investment. At the same time, it makes clear the problems existing in the current investment of the enterprise and the blindness of the investment. Lack of systematic investment strategy and a large number of idle funds (4) optimization strategy analysis. In view of the risks faced by XX Group in its operation and investment, and the problems existing in the current enterprise management and investment process, the investment strategy of XX Group is analyzed. As far as the investment mode is concerned, the XX Group can invest through a strategy of direct investment, supplemented by indirect investment, so that XX Group not only makes direct investment in the main business with higher returns but also less risk. At the same time, the idle funds have been revitalized through the development of indirect investment; in terms of long-term and short-term investment, the XX Group can implement a combination of long and short strategy. On the one hand, the long-term investment in the main business makes the future investment liquidity and cash inflow stable, and the income level can be maintained at more than 6%. On the other hand, the short-term investment of the surplus funds ensures the ability of XX Group to handle the sudden events in the daily operation process, and the idle funds are invigorated. From the point of view of risk management, the group can spread out the investment risk, bear the appropriate risk and enjoy the corresponding income through Markowitz's portfolio theory. At the same time, because XX group is a representative large state-owned sewage treatment enterprise in water industry, the problems it faces and the analysis of its investment strategy also have certain guiding significance for other state-owned water enterprises with abundant funds.
