【摘要】：利用2003-2013年中國十大城市群所涉及的100個地級及以上城市的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用混合OLS方法,闡述了人口、產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚等因素的動態(tài)演化對環(huán)境污染影響的異質(zhì)性。結(jié)果顯示:工業(yè)廢水排放量與城市群人口集聚度之間呈"倒U"型曲線關(guān)系,而工業(yè)二氧化硫和煙(粉)塵則與之呈"U"型曲線關(guān)系;隨著人口集聚度的提高,產(chǎn)業(yè)專業(yè)化集聚對環(huán)境污染有先抑制后促進的作用,而產(chǎn)業(yè)多樣化集聚則因污染物各異而呈現(xiàn)出不同的外部效應(yīng);城市群行政分割程度的加強會加重廢水排放,但有利于減少二氧化硫、煙(粉)塵的排放。因此,各地區(qū)在城市群發(fā)展過程中應(yīng)利用其"圈層"的結(jié)構(gòu)特點,根據(jù)適度集聚原則確定群內(nèi)人口的集聚度、產(chǎn)業(yè)的集聚模式。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 100 cities at and above the ten major urban agglomerations in China from 2003 to 2013, the heterogeneity of the impact of population, industrial agglomeration and other factors on environmental pollution is discussed by using mixed OLS method. Industrial sulfur dioxide and smoke (dust) show a U-shaped relationship with it; with the increase of population agglomeration, industrial specialization agglomeration has the effect of restraining and promoting environmental pollution first, while industrial diversification agglomeration has different external effects because of different pollutants; the strengthening of administrative division of urban agglomeration will aggravate wastewater discharge. Therefore, in the process of urban agglomeration development, each region should make use of its "circle" structure characteristics and determine the degree of population agglomeration and industrial agglomeration model according to the principle of appropriate agglomeration.
