基于足跡家族的新疆資源環(huán)境壓力評(píng)估

【摘要】:在足跡家族理論的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了資源環(huán)境壓力評(píng)估體系,對(duì)新疆2000—2014年資源環(huán)境壓力進(jìn)行評(píng)估。結(jié)果表明:2000—2014年新疆人均生態(tài)足跡從1.71 hm~2增加到5.68 hm~2,其中,人均生物質(zhì)足跡從0.41 hm~2增加到0.64 hm~2,而人均能源足跡從1.30 hm~2增加到5.04 hm~2,占人均生態(tài)足跡的比例達(dá)到71.92%~89.58%;人均水足跡從1 238.64 m~3增加到1 423.35 m~3;人均碳足跡快速增長(zhǎng),從6.98 t增加到2014年的25.75 t;生態(tài)壓力指數(shù)和水資源壓力指數(shù)從較低壓力(Ⅰb)上升到中下壓力(Ⅱa),GHG排放指數(shù)不斷增加,從較低壓力(Ⅰb)上升到中上壓力(Ⅱb),資源環(huán)境壓力指數(shù)(RPI)從2000年的0.20增加到2014年的0.45,等級(jí)由很低(Ⅰa)波動(dòng)升高的中下(Ⅱa)。雖然新疆目前資源環(huán)境壓力等級(jí)處于中下,但是由于其氣候條件和經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展等因素的影響,其資源環(huán)境壓力等級(jí)升高的趨勢(shì)不容忽視。
[Abstract]:On the basis of footprint family theory, this paper constructs a resource and environment pressure assessment system, and evaluates the resource and environment pressure from 2000 to 2014 in Xinjiang. The results show that the per capita ecological footprint of Xinjiang increased from 1.71 hm~2 to 5.68 hmm2 from 2000 to 2014.
