太湖西岸沉積物中兩種致嗅物質(zhì)的分布特征

【摘要】:針對(duì)夏季太湖西岸近岸帶沉積物中典型顆粒態(tài)致嗅物質(zhì):β-環(huán)檸檬醛、β-紫羅蘭酮,進(jìn)行研究分析.利用頂空固相微萃取的方法富集以及氣質(zhì)聯(lián)用技術(shù)檢測(cè)出太湖毛瀆港近岸帶沉積物中兩種顆粒態(tài)致嗅物質(zhì).結(jié)果表明,其在沉積物表層含量最高,其中β-環(huán)檸檬醛含量達(dá)797.88ng/(g·dw),β-紫羅蘭酮含量達(dá)1669.37ng/(g·dw),遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高出嗅閾值.空間分布上:在近岸帶,表層沉積物(0-4cm)自然蘆葦帶內(nèi)2種顆粒態(tài)致嗅物質(zhì)的含量高于人工挖掘的漕溝內(nèi);近岸帶嗅味物質(zhì)明顯高于湖區(qū)內(nèi).研究認(rèn)為,藻類大量聚集死亡沉積至湖泊底部,降低沉積物的Eh,促進(jìn)了致嗅物質(zhì)的產(chǎn)生,為湖泛的暴發(fā)留下隱患.建議近岸帶藍(lán)藻聚集區(qū)適時(shí)打撈,底泥疏浚等生態(tài)治理措施,降低湖泛風(fēng)險(xiǎn).
[Abstract]:The typical particulate odorous substances, 尾 -cyclic citral and 尾 -ionone, in the sediments of the coastal zone of the West Bank of Taihu Lake in summer were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the content of 尾 -Cyclocitral was the highest in the surface layer of sediment, and the content of 尾 -Cyclocitral reached 797.88ng/ (g dw), 尾 -ionone, which was much higher than the olfactory threshold of 1669.37ng/ (g dw),. Spatial distribution: in the coastal zone, the content of two particulate odorous substances in the surface sediment (0-4cm) natural Reed zone was higher than that in the artificially excavated channel, and the smelling substance in the coastal zone was obviously higher than that in the lake area. It is considered that a large number of algae accumulates and dies at the bottom of the lake, which reduces the Ehs of the sediments, promotes the production of olfactory substances, and leaves a hidden danger for the flooding of the lake. It is suggested that ecological control measures such as timely fishing and sediment dredging in the area of cyanobacteria accumulation in the coastal zone should be taken to reduce the risk of lake flooding.
