煤堆內(nèi)CO濃度分布與變化規(guī)律的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:為了明確空隙率和風(fēng)速等對(duì)煤堆長期堆放過程中堆內(nèi)CO濃度(體積濃度)的影響規(guī)律,為煤堆長期堆放過程中和受擾動(dòng)后的安全及環(huán)境問題提供理論支持,使用COMSOLMultiphysics5.0建立二維數(shù)值模擬模型,研究了堆內(nèi)CO濃度隨堆放時(shí)間、空隙率、風(fēng)速變化時(shí)的分布與變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,空隙率和風(fēng)速低時(shí)堆內(nèi)CO分布具有"煙囪"現(xiàn)象,且濃度高,隨堆放時(shí)間延長堆內(nèi)最大CO濃度具有"增長-降低-穩(wěn)定"三段式變化規(guī)律,風(fēng)速低時(shí)最大濃度與時(shí)間之間服從Gauss Amp函數(shù)分布,風(fēng)速較大或時(shí)間較長堆內(nèi)最大CO濃度基本穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In order to clarify the influence of porosity and wind speed on the concentration (volume concentration) of CO in the coal pile during the long-term stacking process, this paper provides theoretical support for the safety and environmental problems during the long-term stacking process and after disturbance. A two-dimensional numerical simulation model was established with COMSOLMultiphysics5.0 to study the distribution and variation of CO concentration with storage time, porosity and wind speed. The results show that the distribution of CO in the reactor has the phenomenon of "chimney" when the porosity and wind speed are low, and the concentration is high. The maximum concentration of CO in the reactor varies with the increase, decrease and stability with the increase of the stacking time. When the wind speed is low, the maximum concentration and time are distributed according to the Gauss Amp function, and the maximum CO concentration in the reactor is stable when the wind speed is larger or the time is longer.
