【摘要】：為了將廢舊太陽能電池板進(jìn)行資源化處理.以Si和PET混合顆粒為原料,在前期單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,通過正交實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)研究不同電壓(U)?轉(zhuǎn)速(N)?極間距(S)和電暈電極角度(θ)對靜電分選Si和PET混合顆粒效率的影響.結(jié)果表明,分選過程中Si顆粒的最優(yōu)參數(shù)設(shè)置:U=25k V?N=80r/min?S=65mm和θ=50°,影響因素主次順序?yàn)?SNθU;分選過程中中間產(chǎn)物的最優(yōu)參數(shù)設(shè)置:U=25k V?N=80r/min?S=65mm和θ=50°,影響因素主次順序?yàn)?SNθU;分選過程中PET顆粒的最優(yōu)參數(shù)設(shè)置:U=27.5k V?N=80r/min?S=65mm和θ=40°,影響因素主次順序?yàn)?UθNS.該研究對靜電分選技術(shù)資源化處理廢舊太陽能電池板具有一定的參考價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:In order to waste solar panels for recycling treatment. Using the mixed particles of Si and PET as raw materials, the different voltages (U) were studied by orthogonal design on the basis of previous single-factor experiments. Speed (N)? Effects of electrode spacing (S) and Corona electrode Angle (胃) on the efficiency of Electrostatic Separation of Si and PET mixed particles. The results show that The optimal parameters of Si particles in the separation process are: U ~ (25) K V ~ (1) N ~ (80) r / min ~ (65) mm and 胃 ~ (50) 擄, the order of influencing factors is: SN 胃 U, and the optimal parameters of intermediate product are: U ~ (25) K / V ~ (1) N ~ (80) r / min / S ~ (65) mm and 胃 ~ (50) 擄, the order of influencing factors is: SN 胃 U, and the order of influencing factors is: SN 胃 U; The parameters are set up as: U = 27.5k V ~ (-1) N ~ (80) r 路min ~ (-1) S ~ (65) mm and 胃 ~ (40) 擄, and the influencing factors are in the order of: U ~ (胃) N _ (S). This study has certain reference value for the recycling treatment of waste solar panels by electrostatic separation technology.
