生物滴濾塔處理甲苯廢氣實驗研究

【摘要】:每天都會有大量污染物質(zhì)排放到大氣中,其中揮發(fā)性有機物是個重要的污染組分,其排放范圍極廣,已經(jīng)成為大氣污染治理的“瓶頸”問題。作為揮發(fā)性有機化合物的代表物之一甲苯,它會侵害皮膚、血液和各種神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)。隨著工業(yè)和城市交通的發(fā)展,其排放量也越來越大,所以研究出高效的甲苯凈化方法迫在眉睫。本實驗利用凹凸棒石粘土、鋸末和錳礦粉末制作填料,在掛膜負載微生物后進行甲苯的凈化去除,研究了錳氧化物多孔陶粒的制作、生物滴濾塔的啟動、不同外在條件對滴濾塔運行效率的影響、最合適的運行條件、生物滴濾系統(tǒng)的運行特征等。研究結果表明:(1)以質(zhì)量比為10:7:2的錳礦粉末、凹凸棒石粘土和鋸末為原料,在700℃的空氣當中煅燒3小時,在此條件下制備的人工陶粒抗壓強度高,內(nèi)部孔洞連通,比表面積大,符合國家水處理用人工陶粒濾料標準,適合用作微生物的負載掛膜,可以作為滴濾塔的濾料。(2)在室內(nèi)溫度為22℃~30℃,pH值穩(wěn)定在6.2到7.0的情況下,生物滴濾塔處理甲苯的最適進氣濃度為400mg/m3,最適氣體停留時間為70s,最適循環(huán)液噴淋量為90ml/min,去除率保持在80%以上。(3)生物滴濾塔在凈化甲苯氣體過程中會產(chǎn)生CO_2,隨著甲苯進氣濃度的增高,產(chǎn)生CO_2越多,但其降解率越低,實際CO_2產(chǎn)生量與理論值比例越來越低。(4)生物滴濾塔在停止進氣10天后,恢復通氣24小時,其對甲苯的去除效果就可以逐漸恢復,運行穩(wěn)定性強。
[Abstract]:A large number of pollutants are released into the atmosphere every day, among which volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are an important pollution component, which has become a bottleneck problem in the treatment of air pollution. Toluene, one of the representative compounds of volatile organic compounds, can damage the skin, blood and various nervous systems. With the development of industry and urban transportation, the emission of toluene is increasing, so it is urgent to develop an efficient method of toluene purification. In this experiment, attapulgite clay, sawdust and manganese ore powder were used as fillers to purify and remove toluene, and the preparation of manganese oxide porous ceramsite and the start-up of biofiltration tower were studied. The effects of different external conditions on the operational efficiency of the trickle filter, the most suitable operating conditions, and the operating characteristics of the biological trickle filtration system, etc. The results show that: (1) with the manganese ore powder of 10:7:2 mass ratio, attapulgite clay and sawdust as raw materials, calcined in air at 700 鈩,
