王曲電廠600MW超臨界機組鍋爐脫硝系統(tǒng)寬負荷運行方案研究

【摘要】:我國火電廠氮氧化物排放量隨裝機總量增大而逐年增多,為防止鍋爐內(nèi)燃煤燃燒后產(chǎn)生過多的氮氧化物(即NOX)污染環(huán)境,王曲電廠對兩臺鍋爐機組進行了脫硝系統(tǒng)改造并投運。其鍋爐煙氣脫硝系統(tǒng)采用選擇性催化還原法(SCR),為滿足SCR催化還原反應(yīng)溫度窗口,在SCR反應(yīng)器的設(shè)計過程中一般要求入口煙氣溫度為320℃以上。但實際運行過程中,由于機組負荷受電網(wǎng)調(diào)度控制,通常處于變工況運行條件下,鍋爐運行在50%負荷以下時,SCR入口煙溫就會低于320℃,使得SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)無法正常運行,造成鍋爐煙氣排放的NOx濃度無法滿足達標(biāo)排放要求。為保證鍋爐寬負荷運行條件下SCR脫硝系統(tǒng)正常運行,解決達標(biāo)排放問題,本文以王曲電廠600MW超臨界機組鍋爐為研究對象,提出了關(guān)于此電廠的五種鍋爐及熱力系統(tǒng)的改造方案,即:省煤器煙氣旁路、省煤器分級布置、省煤器設(shè)置給水調(diào)節(jié)旁路、增設(shè)零號高加、省煤器加裝再循環(huán)泵。根據(jù)王曲電廠的實際情況,研究并制定了適合此電廠的鍋爐機組改造的最佳可行性技術(shù)方案。通過鍋爐省煤器熱力計算,對改造方案實施后的機組運行參數(shù)進行了計算與分析。分析結(jié)果表明:改造后可以拓寬SCR系統(tǒng)的變負荷運行范圍,實現(xiàn)機組在最低35%負荷以上,通過運行調(diào)整可以滿足SCR系統(tǒng)投運條件,以滿足我國日益嚴(yán)格的鍋爐煙氣NOX排放要求。
