【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于改革攻堅(jiān)期和深水區(qū),必須繼續(xù)堅(jiān)定不移的進(jìn)行全面深化改革,推進(jìn)文化體制機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,加快生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。而生態(tài)文化作為生態(tài)文明的核心和靈魂,在推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)中起著核心引領(lǐng)作用。生態(tài)文化不僅需要理論創(chuàng)新,更需要向?qū)嵺`化、普及化轉(zhuǎn)變,生態(tài)文化大眾化是當(dāng)下亟待解決的重要問(wèn)題,是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義生態(tài)文明社會(huì)的必經(jīng)之路,是構(gòu)建美麗中國(guó)的關(guān)鍵所在。生態(tài)文化大眾化就是使得生態(tài)文化的理論體系實(shí)現(xiàn)從理論形態(tài)向?qū)嵺`形態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)化的過(guò)程。生態(tài)文化大眾化的實(shí)現(xiàn)不僅需要國(guó)家的大力支持,同時(shí)還需要廣大人民群眾的積極參與。而民間環(huán)保組織作為第三中間力量,在政府與人民群眾之間起到重要的橋梁作用,不僅是政府實(shí)施生態(tài)文化大眾化的得力助手,更是廣大人民群眾接受生態(tài)文化大眾化的重要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,對(duì)生態(tài)文化大眾化具有促進(jìn)作用。我國(guó)正在大力提倡生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的宏偉目標(biāo),在這一特殊的歷史發(fā)展時(shí)期深入研究民間環(huán)保組織對(duì)生態(tài)文化大眾化的促進(jìn)作用,有利于政府對(duì)生態(tài)文化普及化大眾化的順利開展,增強(qiáng)人民群眾對(duì)新思想新觀念的積極吸收,喚醒整個(gè)社會(huì)的生態(tài)文化覺悟,培養(yǎng)全民人與自然和諧共生的生存價(jià)值觀。本文主要運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,調(diào)查研究法和比較分析法等多種研究方法對(duì)民間環(huán)保組織促進(jìn)生態(tài)文化大眾化進(jìn)行全方位論述。全文主要分五大部分:第一部分是文章的導(dǎo)論部分,作為引導(dǎo)性閱讀,主要對(duì)文章的選題背景和意義和民間環(huán)保組織與生態(tài)文化普及的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了論述,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了論文的研究方法和研究思路,為正文的展開作了必要的準(zhǔn)備。第二部分將民間環(huán)保組織和生態(tài)文化的相關(guān)內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了概述。第三部分是文章的重點(diǎn)部分,首先闡述了民間環(huán)保組織在生態(tài)文化大眾化中能發(fā)揮重要作用的原因。然后主要分析了在生態(tài)文化大眾化過(guò)程中民間環(huán)保組織的重要作用,具體表現(xiàn)在是政府實(shí)施生態(tài)文化大眾化的得力助手,是企業(yè)踐行生態(tài)文化大眾化的重要伙伴,同時(shí)還是廣大人民群眾接受生態(tài)文化普及的主要引導(dǎo)者。第四部分剖析了民間環(huán)保組織在促進(jìn)生態(tài)文化大眾化過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題以及限制因素。最后針對(duì)問(wèn)題,提出了自己的一些看法和解決問(wèn)題的建議思考,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化民間環(huán)保組織促進(jìn)生態(tài)文化大眾化的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of reform and deep water area, we must continue to unswervingly deepen the reform, promote the innovation of cultural system and mechanism, and accelerate the construction of ecological civilization. As the core and soul of ecological civilization, ecological culture plays a leading role in the construction of ecological civilization. Ecological culture not only needs theoretical innovation, but also needs to be transformed into practice and popularization. The popularization of ecological culture is an important issue to be solved immediately and is the only way to build a socialist ecological civilization society. Is the key to building a beautiful China. The popularization of ecological culture is the process of transforming the theoretical system of ecological culture from theoretical form to practical form. The realization of the popularization of ecological culture needs not only the support of the state, but also the active participation of the masses. Private environmental protection organizations, as the third intermediate force, play an important role as a bridge between the government and the masses, and not only are they the right assistants for the government to implement the popularization of ecological culture. It is also an important leader who accepts the popularization of ecological culture and promotes the popularization of ecological culture. Our country is vigorously advocating the grand goal of ecological civilization construction. In this special historical development period, we are deeply studying the role of folk environmental protection organizations in promoting the popularization of ecological culture. It is beneficial for the government to carry out the popularization of ecological culture, to strengthen the people's positive absorption of new ideas and new ideas, to awaken the whole society's ecological cultural consciousness, and to cultivate the values of living and living in harmony between all people and nature. This article mainly uses the literature research method, the investigation research method and the comparison analysis method and so on various research methods to the folk environmental protection organization promotes the ecology culture popularization to carry on the omni-directional elaboration. The full text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part of the article, as a guide reading, it mainly discusses the background and significance of the selected topic of the article and the research status quo of the folk environmental protection organizations and the popularization of ecological culture. This paper briefly introduces the research methods and research ideas, and makes necessary preparations for the development of the text. The second part summarizes the connotation and characteristics of environmental protection organizations and ecological culture. The third part is the key part of the article. Firstly, it explains the reasons why the folk environmental protection organizations can play an important role in the popularization of ecological culture. Then it mainly analyzes the important role of the folk environmental protection organizations in the process of the popularization of ecological culture, which is manifested in that it is the right assistant of the government to implement the popularization of ecological culture, and it is the important partner of the enterprise to carry out the popularization of ecological culture. At the same time, it is also the main guide for the broad masses to accept the popularization of ecological culture. The fourth part analyzes the problems and limiting factors encountered in the process of promoting the popularization of ecological culture by non-governmental environmental protection organizations. Finally, the author puts forward some opinions and suggestions to solve the problems, and further optimizes the countermeasures of promoting the popularization of ecological culture by non-governmental environmental protection organizations.
