炭化玉米芯吸附材料的研制及在室內(nèi)甲醛中的吸附應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代人群對于居住環(huán)境氛圍要求越來越高,人們開始不斷追求更為新奇的裝修、建筑材料,以此不僅能帶來外觀的華美,更能體現(xiàn)居住環(huán)境的多功能性,但正是這些新奇的裝修、建筑材料卻給室內(nèi)居住環(huán)境的空氣質(zhì)量帶去了危害,使得甲醛、苯及苯系物等一系列空氣污染物的濃度超標。生物炭材料因其經(jīng)濟、制備流程簡單、原料易得、比表面積高、孔隙豐富,使其成為了當下應(yīng)用最廣泛的吸附材料。因而,本論文選取了農(nóng)林廢棄物玉米芯為原材料,經(jīng)改性、炭化后制備得到炭化材料,并開展其對于空氣中甲醛污染氣體的吸附性能。課題以玉米芯為原材料,探究不同炭化過程、不同修飾過程所制得炭化玉米芯材料。同時研究不同的炭化溫度、炭化時間、在飽和亞硫酸氫鈉浸泡時間等對制備炭化玉米芯材料及其對甲醛氣體的吸附效果的影響。同時將其制成口罩和炭化材料包應(yīng)用在室內(nèi)甲醛氣體的吸附效果研究。1、通過自制甲醛微型實驗艙裝置,得到了玉米芯的最佳炭化溫度為600℃、炭化時間為1.5h,此時得到炭化玉米芯材料對甲醛的吸附效果最好,吸附率為53.34%。2、炭化玉米芯材料的最優(yōu)化修飾條件為:將玉米芯切碎后洗凈表面可溶物和雜質(zhì)后于烘箱內(nèi)70℃烘干表面水分,粉碎至30目,后使用3mol/L Zn Cl_2潤脹24小時后烘干,將材料放入馬弗爐,高溫600℃炭化1.5小時,制備得到的炭化玉米芯材料浸泡在飽和Na_2CO_3溶液中1小時后,再放入亞硫酸氫鈉飽和溶液中浸泡1.5小時后,低溫(75℃)烘干3小時保存?zhèn)溆?制得炭化玉米芯吸附材料,對于甲醛的吸附率可達88.45%3、通過與分子篩、顆粒活性炭、粉末活性炭、柚子皮等材料對于甲醛的吸附效果做對比,炭化玉米芯吸附材料具有最好的甲醛吸附效果,其吸附效果排序為:炭化玉米芯吸附材料顆;钚蕴胯肿悠し勰┗钚蕴糠肿雍Y。4、應(yīng)用于口罩膜的炭化玉米芯材料與市售的兩種活性炭口罩取活性炭膜的甲醛吸收作用效果中,3M公司生產(chǎn)的9913V口罩擁有最好的吸附效果,達到63.06%,而當本實驗制得的炭化玉米芯材料膜質(zhì)量為0.4519g時,甲醛吸附率為41.67%,質(zhì)量為0.8758g時,甲醛吸附率為51.11%。5、應(yīng)用于炭化玉米芯炭包的甲醛吸收中,當炭化玉米芯炭包重量為1.2g時,其對于測試房間的甲醛吸附率達到最大,吸附率為54.17%,比起現(xiàn)有市售的活性炭包材料在同等條件下的吸附率高出17.92%。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demands of modern people for the living environment, people began to pursue more novel decoration, building materials, so as not only to bring the appearance of beauty, but also to reflect the versatility of the living environment. But it is these novel decoration that the building materials bring harm to the air quality of indoor living environment and make the concentration of a series of air pollutants such as formaldehyde benzene and benzenes exceed the standard. Because of its economy, simple preparation process, easy access to raw materials, high specific surface area and abundant pores, biochar has become the most widely used adsorption material. Therefore, the corncob from agriculture and forestry was selected as raw material, which was modified and carbonized to obtain the carbonized material, and the adsorption property of corncob for formaldehyde pollution in air was carried out. In this paper, corncob was used as raw material and carbonized corncob was prepared by different carbonization process and different modification process. The effects of different carbonization temperature, carbonization time and saturated sodium bisulfite soaking time on the preparation of carbonized corncob and its adsorption on formaldehyde gas were studied. At the same time, it was made into a mask and a carbonized material bag was used to study the adsorption effect of formaldehyde gas in the room.
