【摘要】:在研究選擇性催化還原(SCR)反應(yīng)的氣態(tài)氨平衡關(guān)系及催化劑動態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化效率-儲氨量關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于催化劑臺架試驗-性能模擬計算結(jié)果對比的臺架試驗條件下SCR催化反應(yīng)體系中氣態(tài)氨供給速率、尿素存積速率的定量計算方法。使用該方法針對特定SCR臺架試驗數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行的計算,結(jié)果表明:在催化劑入口排氣溫度300℃、空速40 000h-1時,尿素水溶液分解存在一定程度滯后,但最終分解較為完全。這為研究SCR臺架評價中尿素水溶液的分解條件及其對評價結(jié)果的影響提供了工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the gaseous ammonia equilibrium in the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) reaction and the relationship between the dynamic conversion efficiency of the catalyst and the amount of ammonia storage, A quantitative calculation method of ammonia supply rate and urea accumulation rate in SCR catalytic reaction system was proposed based on the comparison of the results of catalyst bench test and performance simulation. The results show that the decomposition of urea aqueous solution is delayed to a certain extent when the exhaust temperature of catalyst inlet is 300 鈩,
