【摘要】：厄瓜多爾流域綜合規(guī)劃分為防洪、水資源綜合利用、水資源保護(hù)和水利管理四大體系,水生態(tài)保護(hù)是預(yù)防和減緩流域水資源綜合利用導(dǎo)致生態(tài)環(huán)境影響的重要方面,貫穿規(guī)劃整個(gè)過(guò)程。系統(tǒng)分析整理了厄瓜多爾全國(guó)水生生物資源、涉水生態(tài)敏感區(qū)以及生態(tài)環(huán)境特點(diǎn),分析了厄瓜多爾水生態(tài)方面存在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)全國(guó)河流水系特點(diǎn)及水生生物資源分布情況,結(jié)合規(guī)劃方案,在充分考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了水生態(tài)保護(hù)思路。
[Abstract]:The integrated planning of Ecuador watershed is divided into four systems: flood control, comprehensive utilization of water resources, water resources protection and water conservancy management. Water ecological protection is an important aspect to prevent and mitigate the ecological environmental impact caused by the comprehensive utilization of water resources in the basin. Throughout the planning process. The aquatic biological resources, ecological sensitive areas and ecological environment characteristics in Ecuador are systematically analyzed, and the problems in water ecology in Ecuador are analyzed. According to the characteristics of river system and the distribution of aquatic biological resources in the whole country, combined with the planning scheme, the idea of water ecological protection was put forward on the basis of fully considering the level of economic and social development.
