【摘要】：在中國(guó)實(shí)施生態(tài)文明建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略的背景下探討農(nóng)民生態(tài)治理參與意愿的影響因素,有利于矯正生態(tài)恢復(fù)及補(bǔ)償政策中的偏差,提升有關(guān)政策的執(zhí)行效率。本文以陜西省渭河流域?yàn)槔?利用微觀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,探討了生態(tài)價(jià)值(包括流域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)市場(chǎng)價(jià)值和非市場(chǎng)價(jià)值)認(rèn)知對(duì)農(nóng)民流域生態(tài)治理參與意愿的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),無(wú)論是流域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)市場(chǎng)價(jià)值認(rèn)知還是流域生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)非市場(chǎng)價(jià)值認(rèn)知,都對(duì)農(nóng)民的流域生態(tài)治理參與意愿起到了顯著的促進(jìn)作用,且在影響強(qiáng)度上,前者的影響大于后者(影響路徑系數(shù)分別為0.195和0.174)。同時(shí),年齡和家庭農(nóng)業(yè)勞動(dòng)力占比對(duì)農(nóng)民流域生態(tài)治理參與意愿具有顯著的負(fù)向影響;農(nóng)民受教育程度對(duì)其流域生態(tài)治理參與意愿具有顯著的正向影響;與女性相比,男性農(nóng)民具有更強(qiáng)的流域生態(tài)治理參與意愿。
[Abstract]:Under the background of carrying out the strategy of ecological civilization construction in China, it is beneficial to correct the deviation in ecological restoration and compensation policy and to improve the efficiency of implementing relevant policies by discussing the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in ecological governance. Taking the Weihe River Basin in Shaanxi Province as an example, the influence of ecological value (including market value and non-market value of watershed ecosystem service) on farmers' willingness to participate in ecological management is discussed by using microscopic survey data and structural equation model. It is found that both market value cognition of watershed ecosystem services and non-market value cognition of watershed ecosystem services have played a significant role in promoting farmers' willingness to participate in watershed ecological management, and in terms of impact intensity, The influence of the former is greater than that of the latter (the influence path coefficients are 0.195 and 0.174 respectively). At the same time, age and the proportion of family agricultural labor have a significant negative impact on farmers' willingness to participate in ecological governance in watershed, and farmers' education level has a significant positive impact on their willingness to participate in ecological governance; compared with women, the farmers' education level has a significant positive impact on their willingness to participate in ecological governance. Male farmers have a stronger willingness to participate in watershed ecological management.
