超濾膜對(duì)海上天然氣平臺(tái)生產(chǎn)水的深度處理試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:采用國產(chǎn)超濾膜對(duì)南海某海上天然氣平臺(tái)的生產(chǎn)水進(jìn)行深度處理應(yīng)用試驗(yàn),研究了其對(duì)平臺(tái)生產(chǎn)水水質(zhì)的適用性,以及超濾膜的過濾性能和超濾膜設(shè)備長周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,超濾膜設(shè)備累計(jì)運(yùn)行超過408 h性能無衰減,其各項(xiàng)工藝參數(shù)始終保持穩(wěn)定,產(chǎn)水油質(zhì)量濃度均低于20 mg/L。超濾膜材料及設(shè)備具有很好的抗污染性能和長周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行能力,其產(chǎn)水水質(zhì)滿足一級(jí)海域排放限值。
[Abstract]:The domestic ultrafiltration membrane was applied to the advanced treatment of the production water of an offshore natural gas platform in the South China Sea. The applicability of the ultrafiltration membrane to the water quality of the platform, the filtration performance of the ultrafiltration membrane and the long-term stable operation of the ultrafiltration membrane equipment were studied. The results show that the performance of the ultrafiltration membrane equipment has not been attenuated for more than 408h, and the process parameters remain stable, and the mass concentration of water and oil is lower than 20 mg / L. The ultrafiltration membrane material and equipment have good anti-pollution performance and long-period stable operation ability, and the water quality of UF membrane meets the discharge limit value of the first class sea area.
