赤泥活化處理及其除氟劑性能研究

【摘要】:以赤泥為主要原料,采用FeCl3、檸檬酸、聚硅酸等對(duì)赤泥進(jìn)行活化處理,并制成粒徑約3mm的球形赤泥除氟劑。采用X射線衍射(XRD)對(duì)赤泥除氟劑進(jìn)行了物相分析,并研究了活化劑種類、活化劑濃度、焙燒溫度等對(duì)赤泥除氟劑除氟性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:3種活化劑中,檸檬酸活化效果最好,而最佳焙燒溫度與活化劑的種類有關(guān)。采用質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為5%的檸檬酸進(jìn)行活化,焙燒溫度500℃、焙燒時(shí)間2h的赤泥除氟劑除氟效果最佳,吸附率達(dá)99%以上,吸附容量為0.95mg/g,氟離子質(zhì)量濃度可從19.00mg/L降低到0.07mg/L。
[Abstract]:The red mud was activated by FeCl _ 3, citric acid and polysilicic acid with red mud as the main raw material, and a spherical red mud defluorination agent with a diameter of about 3mm was prepared. The phase analysis of red mud defluorination agent was carried out by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the effects of activator type, activator concentration and calcination temperature on the defluorination performance of red mud defluorination agent were studied. The results showed that among the three activators, citric acid had the best activation effect, and the optimum calcination temperature was related to the type of activator.
