【摘要】:隨著環(huán)保問題的日益加重,我國對燃煤發(fā)電廠的污染物排放要求越來越嚴格,國內(nèi)大多數(shù)電廠已經(jīng)加裝選擇性催化還原(SCR)脫硝裝置來控制NOx的排放。但SCR脫硝裝置中催化還原NOx的過程中還會發(fā)生副反應(yīng)生成具有粘性和腐蝕性的硫酸氫銨(ABS)。本文針對電廠投運脫硝系統(tǒng)后引起空氣預(yù)熱器受熱面ABS沉積,進而引起的堵灰問題,分析了ABS的形成過程及影響因素,結(jié)合ABS凝結(jié)特性和運行沉積特點,給出沉積區(qū)域確定方法,得出電廠空氣預(yù)熱器中ABS沉積區(qū)域?qū)?yīng)的溫度區(qū)間為150℃~190℃。根據(jù)空氣預(yù)熱器受熱面特點,描述了空氣預(yù)熱器溫度場的離散數(shù)值計算方法,并以某1000MW電廠配套空氣預(yù)熱器為實例計算空氣預(yù)熱器內(nèi)部傳熱元件及工質(zhì)流體溫度場。根據(jù)溫度場計算結(jié)果繪制了內(nèi)部各種溫度特性曲線,分析回轉(zhuǎn)式空氣預(yù)熱器的工作原理和傳熱元件及工質(zhì)流體的溫度分布特點。依據(jù)計算結(jié)果繪制傳熱元件的溫度特性曲線,結(jié)合ABS沉積區(qū)域預(yù)測模型得出各個工況下傳熱元件沉積區(qū)域范圍,得出了ABS沉積區(qū)域隨負荷降低而向高溫受熱面擴展的情況。根據(jù)實際運行中的煙氣中NH3和SO3濃度及計算的溫度場結(jié)果計算Radian數(shù),并結(jié)合監(jiān)測的煙氣阻力來分析空氣預(yù)熱器中的堵灰情況及發(fā)展趨勢。根據(jù)計算模型開發(fā)Matlab計算程序,結(jié)合輸入輸出參數(shù)及溫度場云圖設(shè)計GUI用戶在線監(jiān)測界面。
[Abstract]:With the increasing environmental protection problems, the emission requirements of pollutants from coal-fired power plants are becoming more and more stringent. Most power plants in China have installed selective catalytic reduction (NOx) denitrification units to control the emission of NOx. However, in the process of catalytic reduction of NOx in SCR denitrification plant, the side reaction will also occur to form a viscous and corrosive ammonium bicarbonate. In view of the ABS deposition on the heating surface of air preheater caused by the operation of denitrification system in power plant, the formation process and influencing factors of ABS are analyzed in this paper, combined with the condensation characteristics and operational deposition characteristics of ABS.
