無機-有機復(fù)配材料對Cd污染土壤的修復(fù)效應(yīng)

【摘要】:通過大田試驗,研究了無機材料(海泡石、蒙脫土和骨粉)-有機物料(菌渣、雞糞、牛糞和蚯蚓糞)復(fù)配材料對Cd污染土壤的鈍化修復(fù)效應(yīng)及其對土壤酶活性的影響.結(jié)果表明,有機-無機材料復(fù)配處理顯著提高了土壤p H值,最大增加0.96個p H單位.不同處理下土壤中TCLP(Toxicity characteristic leaching procedure)提取態(tài)Cd含量均有所降低,海泡石+有機物料、蒙脫土+有機物料和骨粉+有機物料處理下分別較對照減少了12.5%—24.9%、10.4%—19.4%和12.0%—21.7%.與對照相比,不同復(fù)配處理下,玉米籽粒Cd含量降低22.8%—79.0%(骨粉+蚯蚓處理除外),低于國家食品衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(0.1 mg·kg~(-1)).不同復(fù)配材料對土壤過氧化氫酶和脲酶活性促進(jìn)效果整體上表現(xiàn)為骨粉+有機物料蒙脫土+有機物料海泡石+有機物料,較對照最大增幅分別達(dá)到74.4%、42.7%和10.5%.
[Abstract]:The passivation and remediation effects of inorganic materials (sepiolite, montmorillonite, bone powder and organics (bacteria residue, chicken dung, cow dung and earthworm manure) on CD contaminated soil and their effects on soil enzyme activity were studied. The results showed that the soil pH value was significantly increased by the combination of organic-inorganic materials, with a maximum increase of 0.96 pH units. Under different treatments, the contents of TCLP, Toxicity characteristic leaching procedure) extractable CD in soil decreased, and the organic materials of sepiolite, montmorillonite and aggregate decreased by 12.5% -24.910.4% -19.4% and 12.0- 21.7%, respectively, compared with the control. Compared with the control, the CD content of corn grain decreased 22.8-79.0 (except earthworm treatment of bone powder) and was lower than the national food hygiene standard (0.1 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路kg ~ (-1). The effects of different compound materials on soil catalase and urease activities were as a whole as bone powder organic materials, montmorillonite organic materials, sepiolite organic materials, the maximum increase of 74.4% and 10.5%, respectively.
