超聲聯(lián)合熱堿技術(shù)促進(jìn)剩余污泥破解的參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為了進(jìn)一步提高超聲聯(lián)合技術(shù)破解污泥的效果,在前期雙因素的研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用3因素3水平的響應(yīng)曲面法分析了熱水解溫度(60,70,80°C)、加堿量(0.04,0.07,0.10g/g TS)和超聲能量(4000,8000,12000k J/kg TS)對(duì)污泥破解度的影響.回歸分析結(jié)果表明污泥破解度與三因素之間符合三元二次方程:Y=-196.87+6.11X_1+487.53X_2+0.0039X_3-1.742X_1X_2-0.000024X_1X_3+0.0044X_2X_3-0.0398X_1~2-2488.33X_2~2-1.33×10-7X_3~2,其中X_1、X_2、X_3分別為溫度、加堿量和超聲能量.模型擬合度高達(dá)97.548%,表明該模型能較好地模擬超聲聯(lián)合熱堿預(yù)處理參數(shù)和預(yù)測(cè)污泥破解度.根據(jù)模型得出最佳預(yù)處理工藝組合為:溫度73.06℃,加堿量0.085g/g TS,超聲能量9551k J/kg TS.最佳工藝參數(shù)下污泥破解度實(shí)測(cè)值為60.411%.經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析表明,超聲聯(lián)合熱堿預(yù)處理?xiàng)l件下每t污泥處理費(fèi)較未處理污泥降低了20.42元,在本研究條件下具有較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性.
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the effect of ultrasonic combined technology on sludge cracking, on the basis of the previous study of two factors, In this paper, the effects of hot water decomposition temperature, 0.04 ~ 0.07 ~ 0.10 g / g TSS and ultrasonic energy ~ (4 000 ~ 8 000 ~ (000) K J/kg) on the cracking degree of sludge were analyzed by using 3 factors and 3 levels of response surface method.
