【摘要】：文章基于減排行為視角,將"綠色化"解讀為全社會減排意識和減排意愿不斷增強的過程。在此基礎上,將減排意愿因子引入非參數(shù)模型,量化模擬"綠色化"對中國碳減排進程的影響。并將減排意愿和碳排放績效分別作為環(huán)境規(guī)制和技術的替代指標,運用動態(tài)模擬對"波特假說"進行了驗證。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),"綠色化"對中國碳減排進程的影響會經歷一個"沉默→爆發(fā)"的過程;環(huán)境規(guī)制對碳排放績效的影響存在"雙門檻"效應,在中位區(qū)間,"波特假說"得到驗證。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of emission reduction behavior, this paper interprets "greening" as the process of the whole society's increasing consciousness and willingness to reduce emissions. On this basis, the intention factor of emission reduction is introduced into the non-parametric model to quantitatively simulate the effect of "greening" on the process of carbon emission reduction in China. The willingness to reduce emissions and the performance of carbon emissions are regarded as substitute indicators of environmental regulation and technology respectively, and the Porter hypothesis is verified by dynamic simulation. It is found that the effect of "greening" on the process of carbon emission reduction in China will undergo a "silent explosion" process, and that there is a "double threshold" effect in the impact of environmental regulation on carbon emission performance, which is verified in the median range of "Porter hypothesis".
