采煤塌陷區(qū)水體葉綠素a與OCPs的環(huán)境效應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:選取淮南市楊莊和謝橋采煤塌陷區(qū)為重點(diǎn)研究對象,利用固相萃取-自裝層析柱凈化-GC/MS分析方法和索氏提取-自裝層析柱凈化-GC/MS分析方法分別測定了塌陷區(qū)水體和水體懸浮物中OCPs的含量,分析了塌陷區(qū)中OCPs的存在狀況及空間分布特征,組成特征及來源,以及其與所依存介質(zhì)中葉綠素a的關(guān)系。得出以下結(jié)論:1.楊莊和謝橋采煤塌陷區(qū)水體葉綠素a各采樣點(diǎn)分布不均,受采樣點(diǎn)周邊環(huán)境影響嚴(yán)重,但整體呈現(xiàn)出由表層到底層逐漸遞減的趨勢,楊莊采煤塌陷區(qū)葉綠素a濃度值略高于謝橋采煤塌陷區(qū)。2.楊莊采煤塌陷區(qū)水體及水體懸浮物中∑OCPs含量均值分別為627.77 ng/L和652.44 ng/L,謝橋采煤塌陷區(qū)水體及懸浮物中∑OCPs含量均值分別為692.10 ng/L和534.42ng/L,整體謝橋采煤塌陷區(qū)水體中OCPs污染較楊莊采煤塌陷區(qū)輕微,水體懸浮物中OCPs污染較較楊莊采煤塌陷區(qū)嚴(yán)重。3.楊莊采煤塌陷區(qū)水體中∑OCPs含量由表層至底層逐漸遞減,而水體懸浮物中∑OCPs含量由表層至底層逐漸遞增。謝橋采煤塌陷區(qū)水體中∑OCPs含量由表層至底層先減后增,水體懸浮物中∑OCPs含量由表層至底層逐漸遞增。4.楊莊采煤塌陷區(qū)水體中HCHs主要來源于近期林丹殺蟲劑的使用,水體懸浮物中HCHs則來源于近期和歷史林丹殺蟲劑的使用。水體中DDTs主要來源于短期內(nèi)工業(yè)DDTs的混合污染,懸浮物中DDTs主要來源于近期三氯殺螨醇的污染。謝橋采煤塌陷區(qū)水體和懸浮物中HCHs主要來源于近期林丹殺蟲劑的使用,水體和懸浮物中DDTs主要來源于短期內(nèi)工業(yè)DDTs和三氯殺螨醇的混合污染。5.塌陷區(qū)特征性O(shè)CPs之間相關(guān)性較高,而水體葉綠素a僅在楊莊采煤塌陷區(qū)表層各采樣點(diǎn)處與水體OCPs處于高度負(fù)相關(guān),與其他部分OCPs處于低度或者不相關(guān)。這些會受到水體沉積物的擾動或者OCPs的毒害作用及毒性興奮效應(yīng)的影響。
[Abstract]:Select Yangzhuang and Xieqiao coal mining subsidence area of Huainan City as the key research object, The content of OCPs in water body and suspended matter in subsidence area was determined by solid phase extraction (SPE) -self-loading chromatography column purifying GC- / MS analysis method and Soxhlet extraction-self-loading chromatography column purifying GC- / MS analysis method, respectively. In this paper, the existence and spatial distribution of OCPs in subsided area, its composition and source, and the relationship between OCPs and chlorophyll a in dependent medium are analyzed.
