涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性時空格局演變分析

【摘要】:生態(tài)環(huán)境是人類賴以生存和持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要基本條件,是社會經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。生態(tài)環(huán)境的改變不僅與自然環(huán)境變化有關(guān),更受到人類活動影響。恰當(dāng)?shù)奶幚砗萌祟惿鐣c生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系,實現(xiàn)人與自然的和諧相處對人類社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要戰(zhàn)略意義。近年來,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、人與自然環(huán)境間的矛盾日趨明顯以及人們環(huán)保意識的提高,區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性變化已成為全球環(huán)境變化研究核心內(nèi)容之一。涼山州地處四川省西南方且與云南省接壤,是國家實施西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略的重要地域,也是全省乃至西部重要生態(tài)功能區(qū)。涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性變化狀況不僅與境內(nèi)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展息息相關(guān),甚至?xí)䦟θ∧酥琳麄西部地區(qū)產(chǎn)生一定影響。因此,全面掌握涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性變化狀況和實現(xiàn)該地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況綜合治理與恢復(fù)性建設(shè)是十分必要的。本研究從理論方面對國內(nèi)外生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,將西南山地農(nóng)牧交錯帶生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱典型區(qū)涼山州作為研究對象,從該地區(qū)現(xiàn)實所面臨的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題出發(fā),借助遙感和地理信息系統(tǒng)技術(shù),結(jié)合已有成果對2000~2015年間涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性的時空格局演變規(guī)律進(jìn)行探索與分析,以期為當(dāng)?shù)厣鷳B(tài)環(huán)境治理提供理論參考依據(jù)。通過對2000~2015年涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性時空格局演變規(guī)律的探索與分析,研究主要取得如下成果:⑴涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱度整體上呈現(xiàn)出由南向北逐漸降低的梯度變化特征?傮w而言,涼山州南部地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱程度與北部地區(qū)相比相對較高,生態(tài)系統(tǒng)受到的破壞程度相對明顯,生態(tài)環(huán)境質(zhì)量也相對較差。⑵就生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱度空間分布差異性而言,涼山地區(qū)各等級脆弱度評價單元在空間分布上也存在著明顯的區(qū)域差異特征。重度和中度脆弱帶主要分布于州內(nèi)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)相對發(fā)達(dá)且人口分布相對集中的幾個縣市的部分區(qū)域,微度和潛在弱區(qū)則主要分布于涼山州西部和東北部大部分區(qū)域。⑶從時間角度對涼山地區(qū)整個時段生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性的變化概況進(jìn)行分析,各等級脆弱度評價單元的單一動態(tài)變化速率,表現(xiàn)為中度潛在重度微度輕度;涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性綜合動態(tài)變化速率數(shù)值偏小,表明該地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境整體脆弱性變化速度不明顯;整體狀態(tài)與趨勢變化指數(shù)則描述出,研究區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性整體處平衡狀態(tài),各等級脆弱度間呈現(xiàn)顯著的雙向轉(zhuǎn)換變化狀態(tài);最后,就生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性綜合指數(shù)變化狀況分析,結(jié)果表明涼山地區(qū)生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱性狀況整體有逐漸好轉(zhuǎn)的變化趨勢,客觀反映出隨著時間的推移和環(huán)保力度的加大,人們對生態(tài)環(huán)境治理與保護(hù)所采取的系列重大措施,正在逐步發(fā)揮出更加明顯的效果。
[Abstract]:Ecological environment is an important basic condition for human survival and sustainable development, and it is also the material basis for the continuous development of social economy. The change of ecological environment is not only related to the change of natural environment, but also affected by human activities. It is of great strategic significance for the sustainable development of human society to properly deal with the relationship between human society and ecological environment and to realize the harmony between man and nature. In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the contradiction between human and natural environment is becoming more and more obvious, and people's awareness of environmental protection is improving, the change of regional ecological environment vulnerability has become one of the core contents of global environmental change research. Liangshan prefecture is located in the southwest of Sichuan province and bordered with Yunnan province. It is an important region for the country to carry out the strategy of western development, and also an important ecological function area for the whole province and even the western region. The change of ecological environment vulnerability in Liangshan area is not only closely related to the healthy development of social economy in China, but also has a certain impact on the whole province and even the whole western region. Therefore, it is necessary to master the changes of ecological environment vulnerability in Liangshan area and to realize the comprehensive management and restoration of ecological environment in this area. In this study, the related research progress of ecological environment vulnerability at home and abroad is analyzed in theory, and on the basis of this, Liangshan Prefecture, a typical ecological environment fragile area in the ecotone of southwest mountainous region, is taken as the research object. Based on the problems of ecological environment in Liangshan area, and with the help of remote sensing and geographic information system technology, this paper explores and analyzes the evolution law of space-time pattern of ecological environment vulnerability in Liangshan area from 2000 to 2015. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the local ecological environment management. Based on the exploration and analysis of the temporal and spatial pattern evolution of ecological environment vulnerability in Liangshan area from 2000 to 2015, the main achievements of the study are as follows: 1. The ecological environment fragility of Liangshan area presents a gradient change from south to north as a whole. In general, the ecological environment in southern Liangshan prefecture is relatively high compared with the northern region, and the damage to the ecosystem is relatively obvious. The quality of ecological environment is also relatively poor. 2 in terms of the spatial distribution difference of ecological environmental vulnerability, there are obvious regional differences in the spatial distribution of each grade vulnerability evaluation unit in Liangshan area. The severe and moderate fragile zones are mainly distributed in parts of several counties and cities with relatively developed social and economic conditions and relatively concentrated population distribution within the state. The microscopes and potential weak areas were mainly distributed in the west and northeast of Liangshan. 3. From the point of view of time, the changes of ecological and environmental vulnerability in Liangshan region during the whole period were analyzed. The single dynamic change rate of each grade vulnerability evaluation unit showed moderate potential severe microdegree, while the comprehensive dynamic change rate of ecological environment vulnerability in Liangshan area was small. The results show that the overall vulnerability of the ecological environment in this area is not obvious, the whole state and the trend change index describe the equilibrium state of the whole ecological environment vulnerability in the study area, and the fragility of each grade shows a significant change state in both directions. Finally, the comprehensive index of ecological environment vulnerability is analyzed. The results show that the overall situation of ecological environment vulnerability in Liangshan area has a trend of gradual improvement, which objectively reflects the increasing intensity of environmental protection with the passage of time. A series of important measures taken by people to control and protect the ecological environment are gradually exerting more obvious effects.
