大氣細(xì)粒子陽(yáng)離子表面有機(jī)活性物質(zhì)分析方法的優(yōu)化

【摘要】:分別從樣品前處理和分析測(cè)定兩方面對(duì)大氣細(xì)粒子中陽(yáng)離子表面有機(jī)活性物質(zhì)的二硫藍(lán)分光光度分析法進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并采用優(yōu)化方案對(duì)北京市大氣細(xì)粒子進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明:(1)優(yōu)化的最佳樣品前處理?xiàng)l件中超聲提取頻率為40 Hz、初始水浴溫度為30℃、超聲提取時(shí)間為30 min;(2)優(yōu)化的最佳分析測(cè)定條件中二硫藍(lán)使用量為1.29 mg(0.5 m L的2.58 g/L二硫藍(lán)溶液)、最佳靜置時(shí)間為30 min、醋酸鹽緩沖液(pH為5)最佳使用量為3 m L.二硫藍(lán)分光光度法優(yōu)化方案標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線的R~2為0.998 6,線性較好.采用該優(yōu)化方案測(cè)得的北京市大氣細(xì)粒子中陽(yáng)離子表面有機(jī)活性物質(zhì)濃度的平均值為12.87 pmol/m~3,其濃度水平數(shù)量級(jí)是陰離子表面有機(jī)活性物質(zhì)的1/10,其濃度水平高于英國(guó)諾威奇與愛丁堡,但低于馬來(lái)西亞吉隆坡.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the disulfide blue spectrophotometric analysis method of cationic surface organic active substances in atmospheric fine particles was optimized from two aspects of sample pretreatment and determination, and the atmospheric fine particles in Beijing were analyzed by optimization scheme.
