【摘要】：針對以往大氣環(huán)境評價指標賦權的主觀性、僅注重個體或整體而忽略彼此聯系,文章提出用變異系數改進的CRITIC法和超標倍數法集成的指標權重;針對大氣環(huán)境系統的模糊性和不確定性,采用模糊優(yōu)選法對南京市2003—2013年大氣環(huán)境進行評價,克服了以往模糊評價中隸屬函數選擇主觀性,實現了不同年份和標準等級的大氣質量同時排序。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the subjectivity of the former evaluation index of atmospheric environment, focusing on the individual or the whole and neglecting each other, the article puts forward the index weight which is integrated with the CRITIC method and the overstandard multiplier method, which is improved by the variation coefficient. In view of the fuzziness and uncertainty of the atmospheric environmental system, the atmosphere environment of Nanjing city from 2003 to 2013 is adopted. The evaluation overcomes the subjectivity of selecting membership functions in the past fuzzy evaluation, and achieves the simultaneous ranking of air quality in different years and standard grades.
