【摘要】：現(xiàn)有環(huán)保PPP項(xiàng)目多元主體研究缺乏對(duì)環(huán)境等非人類主體的關(guān)注。因此,在分析多元主體異質(zhì)性基礎(chǔ)上,引入行動(dòng)者網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論,清晰界定人類行動(dòng)者和非人類行動(dòng)者在環(huán)保PPP項(xiàng)目中的角色與地位,通過(guò)異質(zhì)行動(dòng)者轉(zhuǎn)譯,構(gòu)建環(huán)保PPP項(xiàng)目異質(zhì)行動(dòng)者網(wǎng)絡(luò),清除異質(zhì)行動(dòng)者的行動(dòng)障礙,實(shí)現(xiàn)異質(zhì)行動(dòng)者間的資源互補(bǔ),提高環(huán)保PPP項(xiàng)目供給效率,為多元主體異質(zhì)合作供給環(huán)保PPP項(xiàng)目研究提供新思路。
[Abstract]:There is a lack of attention to non-human subjects such as environment in the existing multi-agent research of environmental protection PPP project. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the heterogeneity of multiple agents, the theory of actor network is introduced to clearly define the roles and status of human actors and non-human actors in environmental protection PPP projects. Constructing the heterogeneous actors network of environmental protection PPP projects, removing the action barriers of the heterogeneous actors, realizing the complementary resources among the heterogeneous actors, and improving the efficiency of the supply of environmental protection PPP projects. It provides a new idea for the research of environmental protection PPP project.
