【摘要】:南水北調(diào)中線工程水源地河南段涉及河南省南陽市、洛陽市和三門峽市,是南水北調(diào)中線工程重要的水源地之一,水源地的水質(zhì)安全關系到沿線3800萬受水區(qū)民眾的用水安全。因此保護水源地的水質(zhì)安全和生態(tài)安全,對保障南水北調(diào)中線工程順利運行具有重要的意義。水質(zhì)安全評價包括水質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀評價和生態(tài)安全評價兩個方面,選取丹江口庫區(qū)和南水北調(diào)中線工程渠首等兩個監(jiān)測點,采用單因子評價法、綜合污染指數(shù)法對丹江口庫區(qū)和南水北調(diào)中線工程渠首2006年~2015年的水質(zhì)進行評價。單因子評價結(jié)果表明:連續(xù)十年丹江口庫區(qū)和南水北調(diào)中線工程渠首的水質(zhì)狀況均達到了《地表水環(huán)境質(zhì)量標準》規(guī)定的Ⅱ類標準及以上,水質(zhì)狀況連續(xù)十年為優(yōu)。綜合污染指數(shù)法評價結(jié)果表明:十年來,丹江口庫區(qū)綜合污染指數(shù)0.314~0.388之間,水質(zhì)狀況均屬于尚清潔。南水北調(diào)中線工程渠首水質(zhì)綜合污染指數(shù)0.212~0.359之間,水質(zhì)狀況為優(yōu);丹江口庫區(qū)和渠首水質(zhì)狀況年內(nèi)的時空特征分析表明,丹江口庫區(qū)和渠首的水質(zhì)均表現(xiàn)出枯水期水質(zhì)較好,平水期次之,豐水期較差的特點。其中丹江口庫區(qū)在豐水期的水質(zhì)綜合污染指數(shù)超過了0.4,水質(zhì)狀況為輕污染。水源地河南段生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康評價采用模糊數(shù)學的方法進行評價,選取了由壓力系統(tǒng)指標,狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)指標和響應系統(tǒng)指標組成的指標體系,評價的結(jié)果表明水源地生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的健康度為0.560,處于亞健康和健康之間的狀態(tài),生態(tài)結(jié)構完整并且具有一定的系統(tǒng)活力,但是外界壓力較大。最后,對南水北調(diào)中線工程水源地河南段的生態(tài)環(huán)境保護提出了對策和建議,提出加強污染源控制、開展生態(tài)建設、合理利用資源,提高資源的利用率以及加快水土保持工程的建設等措施,為南水北調(diào)中線工程的水質(zhì)安全提供技術保障。
[Abstract]:The water source of the middle route project of South-to-North Water transfer Project in Henan Province involves Nanyang City, Luoyang City and Sanmenxia City in Henan Province. It is one of the important water sources in the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water transfer Project. The safety of water quality in the water source area is related to the water safety of the people in 38 million receiving areas along the route. Therefore, it is of great significance to protect the water quality safety and ecological safety of the water source area in order to ensure the smooth operation of the South-to-North Water transfer Project. Water quality safety evaluation includes two aspects: water quality assessment and ecological safety evaluation. Two monitoring points, such as Danjiangkou reservoir area and canal head of South-to-North Water diversion Project, are selected and single factor evaluation method is adopted. The water quality from 2006 to 2015 in Danjiangkou reservoir area and middle route project of South-to-North Water transfer Project was evaluated by comprehensive pollution index method. The results of single factor evaluation show that the water quality of Danjiangkou Reservoir area and the canal head of South-to-North Water transfer Project reach the class 鈪,
