改性殼聚糖微球制備及其對陰離子染料的吸附行為研究

【摘要】:從魷魚軟骨中提取出殼聚糖,以殼聚糖為單體,二乙烯三胺和環(huán)氧氯丙烷作為交聯劑,通過乳液交聯法制備出了改性殼聚糖微球(DECM)。采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、熱重分析儀(TGA)等對改性殼聚糖微球的結構和性能進行了表征。結果表明,所得微球具有較大的比表面積和較多的活性位點。用靜態(tài)吸附法研究了微球對兩種染料剛果紅(CR)和酸性綠50(AG50)的吸附行為,在25℃、pH 3.0的條件下吸附過程符合準二級動力學模型,并且DECM對兩種染料的吸附符合Langmuir模型,最大吸附量分別達到428.7和691.8 mg·g~(-1);由Freundlich模型分析表明,吸附行為為優(yōu)惠吸附。利用0.1 mol·L~(-1) NaOH溶液經過5次吸附-解吸循環(huán)使用,微球對染料的去除率仍然能夠保持在92%以上,表現出良好的吸附和再生能力。
[Abstract]:Chitosan was extracted from squid cartilage and chitosan was used as monomer, diethylenetriamine and epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agents. The modified chitosan microspheres were prepared by emulsion crosslinking method. The structure and properties of the modified chitosan microspheres were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), FT-IR X-ray diffractometer (XRDX) and thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA). The results show that the microspheres have a large specific surface area and more active sites. The adsorption behavior of two dyes, Congo red carmine (CRR) and acidic green 50 (AG50), was studied by static adsorption method.
