藻類生物絮凝劑對(duì)沼液的絮凝效果研究

【摘要】:選擇4種代表性藻種(小球藻、萊茵衣藻、紫球藻、斜生柵藻)在培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)15 d,每天提取其培養(yǎng)液作為絮凝劑絮凝沼液,研究了不同藻種產(chǎn)出的絮凝活性物質(zhì)對(duì)沼液的絮凝效果,選出能夠高效絮凝沼液的藻種。經(jīng)篩選試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)紫球藻所產(chǎn)出的絮凝活性物質(zhì)能夠最高效地絮凝沼液,沼液絮凝率可達(dá)到39.01%;利用最適培養(yǎng)條件下提取的紫球藻培養(yǎng)液,以絮凝率為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采用中心組合試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),探究了pH值、絮凝溫度、絮凝劑投放量、絮凝時(shí)間4個(gè)條件及其交互作用對(duì)沼液絮凝效果的影響,建立了響應(yīng)面模型,獲得了最佳工藝參數(shù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:pH值、絮凝溫度、絮凝劑投放量、絮凝時(shí)間都會(huì)對(duì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)產(chǎn)生較大影響,而助凝劑添加量所產(chǎn)生的影響較小;最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)為:pH值7.69、絮凝溫度26.78℃、絮凝劑投放量47.70 mL、絮凝時(shí)間20.39 min,驗(yàn)證后測(cè)得絮凝率為76.09%;總氮去除率達(dá)51.30%、總磷去除率達(dá)57.00%、氨氮去除率達(dá)54.67%、化學(xué)需氧量去除率達(dá)43.16%、總固體去除率達(dá)54.11%、揮發(fā)性固體去除率達(dá)57.80%、固體懸浮物去除率達(dá)53.71%。
[Abstract]:Four representative algae species (Chlorella rhinella, Chlamydomonas rhinorrhiza, Chlorella obliquus) were cultured in culture medium for 15 days, and the culture medium was extracted daily as flocculant biogas. The flocculation effect of flocculating active substances from different algae species on biogas liquid was studied, and the algae species which could flocculate biogas liquid with high efficiency were selected. Through screening experiments, it was found that the flocculating active substances produced by Chlorella purpurea could flocculate biogas liquid most efficiently, the flocculation rate of biogas liquid could reach 39.01, and the flocculation rate was regarded as the evaluation index by using the culture medium extracted under the optimum culture conditions. The effect of pH value, flocculation temperature, flocculant dosage and flocculation time on the flocculation effect of biogas liquid was studied by using the central combination test design. The response surface model was established and the optimum technological parameters were obtained. The results show that the ratio of pH value, flocculation temperature, amount of flocculant and flocculant time have great influence on the technical index, but the effect of adding amount of coagulant aid is small, the optimum technological parameters are: the pH value of 7. 69, the flocculation temperature of 26.78 鈩,
