不同溶劑和反應(yīng)溫度對污泥熱液化制取生物質(zhì)油性質(zhì)影響研究

【摘要】:選取4種溶劑(水、乙醇、正己烷、水-乙醇共溶濟(jì))作為污泥熱液化制取生物質(zhì)油的溶劑,分析溶劑種類和反應(yīng)溫度對熱液化效果和生物質(zhì)油性質(zhì)的影響.結(jié)果表明:相同溫度下,生物質(zhì)油產(chǎn)率隨溶劑種類變化趨勢為:乙醇水-乙醇共溶劑正己烷水,最高產(chǎn)率為54.82%(乙醇溶劑,240℃).污泥有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化率隨溶劑種類變化趨勢為:水-乙醇共溶劑乙醇水正己烷,最高有機(jī)物轉(zhuǎn)化率為96.40%(水-乙醇共溶劑,330℃).污泥經(jīng)熱液化處理后,碳、氫、氮、硫元素在生物質(zhì)油中富集,氧含量下降,熱值36 MJ·kg-1(乙醇、240℃除外).不同溶劑油成分差別較大,采用水或正己烷,產(chǎn)物主要是脂肪酸類、烷烴及部分酰胺和腈類,采用乙醇或水-乙醇共溶劑,產(chǎn)物主要是酯類、烷烴類.生物質(zhì)油沸點(diǎn)集中分布在250~500℃,添加乙醇溶劑可顯著提高生物質(zhì)油輕組分含量.
[Abstract]:Four kinds of solvents (water, ethanol, n-hexane, water-ethanol co-solubilization) were selected as solvent to produce biomass oil by hot liquefaction of sludge, and the effects of solvent type and reaction temperature on thermal liquefaction and properties of biomass oil were analyzed.
