模擬廢水中鈀的微生物回收及其對(duì)亞甲基藍(lán)的催化特性

【摘要】:以糞腸球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)Z5菌株(CCTCC M2012445)為菌種資源,探討了其在外源電子供體條件下以納米顆粒形式回收溶液中鈀的可能性,研究了工業(yè)廢液(IW)、廢舊電路板(PCBS)和廢汽車催化劑(SAC)3種模擬廢水中鈀的回收率,分析了廢水中其它離子對(duì)鈀回收率的影響.結(jié)果表明,糞腸球菌Z5菌株可以從3種模擬廢水中回收鈀納米顆粒.X射線衍射和透射電鏡分析表明,回收產(chǎn)物為10 nm左右粒徑的鈀納米顆粒,主要分布于細(xì)胞周質(zhì).3種廢水中鈀的回收率依次為IWSACPCBS,其中吸附率依次為99.8%(6 h)、99.7%(8 h)、90.3%(12 h),還原率依次為99.9%(4 h)、99.9%(6 h)、80.4%(36 h).模擬廢水中Pt(Ⅳ)、Ag(Ⅰ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Au(Ⅲ)和Fe(Ⅱ)對(duì)鈀的還原和吸附過(guò)程都存在影響.具體地,鈀的還原效率受影響程度依次為Au(Ⅲ)Pt(Ⅳ)Cu(Ⅱ)Ag(Ⅰ)Fe(Ⅱ).進(jìn)一步將回收所得的納米鈀摻雜四氧化三鐵,可應(yīng)用于非均相芬頓反應(yīng)中染料亞甲基藍(lán)降解,80 min內(nèi)亞甲基藍(lán)的降解率為96.7%,顯示出良好的催化性能.
[Abstract]:Using Enterococcus faecalis faecalis)Z5 strain (CCTCC M2012445) as the strain resource, the possibility of recovering palladium from solution in the form of nanoparticles under the condition of external electron donor was discussed. The recovery rate of palladium in industrial waste liquid (IW), waste circuit board (PCBS) and waste automobile catalyst (SACX) was studied. The effect of other ions in waste water on the recovery of palladium was analyzed. The results showed that Enterococcus faecalis strain Z5 could recover palladium nanoparticles from three kinds of simulated wastewater. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that the recovery product was about 10 nm diameter palladium nanoparticles. The recovery rate of palladium mainly distributed in pericellular waste water was IWSACPCBSs, in which the adsorption rate was 99.8 h and 99.772 h respectively.
