污泥預(yù)干燥與流化床焚燒特性研究

【摘要】:污泥處理處置是固體廢棄物處理中的技術(shù)難題,而預(yù)干燥污泥焚燒是當(dāng)今研究的熱點。論文以污泥預(yù)干燥與焚燒特性研究為題,具有重要的工程實踐價值。以國內(nèi)某污泥處理處置工程為研究對象,采用理論分析與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法,對預(yù)干燥污泥焚燒特性進行分析。首先,在系統(tǒng)主機選型的基礎(chǔ)上,進行熱平衡計算,結(jié)果表明:入爐污泥含水率為64%時,系統(tǒng)可穩(wěn)定運行,且外供蒸汽量較少;其次,根據(jù)(火用)分析方法,把系統(tǒng)劃分為流化床焚燒爐、余熱鍋爐、干燥混合裝置3個單元,通過對不同工況下的理論計算及對比分析,探討系統(tǒng)(火用)利用指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律;最后,對污泥流化床焚燒特性進行數(shù)值模擬,模擬表明:隨入爐污泥含水率的增加,焚燒爐排煙溫度降低、相對壓力降低、速度分布趨于均勻,煙氣成分含量中,CO含量變化不大,CO2、SO2與NO含量略有降低。通過對預(yù)干燥污泥焚燒系統(tǒng)的理論分析和模擬研究,表明污泥最佳入爐含水率為64%,且控制燃燒溫度在850℃時,外供能量消耗最少,其研究結(jié)果可對城市污泥預(yù)干燥焚燒系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與運行優(yōu)化提供理論參考。
[Abstract]:Sludge treatment and disposal is a technical problem in solid waste treatment, and pre-drying sludge incineration is a hot research topic. The research on the characteristics of sludge pre-drying and incineration is of great practical value. The characteristics of pre-drying sludge incineration were analyzed by combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation with a sludge treatment and disposal project in China. First of all, based on the selection of the main engine of the system, the heat balance calculation is carried out. The results show that the system can operate stably and supply less steam when the moisture content of sludge into the furnace is 64. Secondly, according to the exergy analysis method, The system is divided into three units: fluidized bed incinerator, waste heat boiler and drying mixing unit. Through theoretical calculation and comparative analysis under different working conditions, the variation law of exergy utilization index of the system is discussed. The numerical simulation of sludge fluidized bed incineration characteristics shows that with the increase of sludge moisture content, the flue gas exhaust temperature of incinerator decreases, the relative pressure decreases, and the velocity distribution tends to be uniform. The contents of CO and so _ 2 in flue gas were not changed a little, and the contents of so _ 2 and no in flue gas decreased a little. Through theoretical analysis and simulation study of pre-drying sludge incineration system, it is shown that the optimum moisture content of sludge into furnace is 64 and the energy consumption of external supply is the least when the combustion temperature is controlled at 850 鈩,
